Super Hotel O Seawoods Near Palm Beach Road Formerly Sai Roop

friendly and helpful staff, spotless cleanliness, comfortable and well-maintained rooms, tasty food, and a convenient, safe location.

Liked the location

These guys are scam artists. They posted a review under my name with wonderful rating of 9.0 (probably using the confirmation number that they got from me) so they don't get a bad review. I had to edit their review to post the real one. They will probably deny it or say I was never there or something like that to cover up. The room was terrible with water leaking from the ceiling in several places. Had to use buckets in the room to collect the dripping water. The TV did not work. No toiletries were provided. The hotel is old, dinky and smelly and does not match anything some of the reviews said. Would never stay here. Be careful of what information you give them.

Location

Filthy and smelly. No kitchen.

Bad

They denied check in Even after confirmed booking with full payment also

Staff very helpful

Bad maintenance Broken toilet seat not repaired in 6 days stay!

The location is very near from railway station

The staff's behavior: we reserved two rooms and we are all friends. At first, they wouldn't let us check in, even though we had reserved the room two months prior. I think that Oyo isn't just for couples. However, after we called customer service, our issue was promptly resolved.
