Sai Sharan Stay Inn - Near MIDC Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Comfortable bed, reasonably clean, friendly staff that tried their best to make our stay comfortable. Room service food was delicious!

Equipment is rather old and run down. Loud window AC units. Some small cockroaches came through the pipes in bathroom.

The way they treat was so homely and so lovely than anything else. And everything else was so nature friendly when we come so see ellora caves of true wonder on a nature lovely place. It's soo near to the caves and the rooms are soo good with a very natural touch. Thanks for the gift with form my heart bhayya!Payal was soo good to host from the very beginning till we left. Thanks for the memorable moments!

No hot water, no toothbrush/ toothpaste no shampoo no bath stool broken jet spray holder noisy celing fan broken cabinet door

The ambience is too good ; the service is too good to be true.. people are very supportive they add value to the whole holiday experience !! No inconvenience caused or occurred ! .. a property tbh that is too good to be true !!

There is nothing like that any human can worry about .. everything is available at the property .. and transportation is also available as it is near to the main road

Nothing...very bad condition

The room was exactly opposite of the photo..No cleaning, No AC working, Dust all over, No lock in bathroom, spider web everywhere, cockroach, No TV was working when we asked for the new room. They said no rooms available once you made the payment then no refund is available...Hence, I didn't get my refund as well.Please team do inspection of room number 103 first floor it was totally uncleaned and no lock available in the bathroom. Also water leakage from Kamod and jet spray.I am very disappointed from the service I get in Sai Sharan also from booking.com where I have seen exactly the opposite rooms... Please use a real image...

Room was not clean at all we upgraded the room but still it was a bad experiencestaff was not professional, Ceiling Lights were not working also the blanket and towels were looking dirty and unhygienic.

Staff & Cleanliness

The stay was good, the staff is very responsive and kind. The room was clean and spacious. The room service was fast and they have an in-house kitchen. The food market is also close by and offers fruit shakes and other food options.

Actually this hotel is not for Overnight Stay. This is for the Couple's for Short time Stay.

Room was too Dirty... Full of Dust.No CleaningNo water coming from Shower. Toilet was too Dirty, Stink Very BadOn my request, they change the room.Again that room was newly painted. Very hard smell of Paint. They suggested me to open the window for few hours, so the Smell will go out. Smell dint went out but Mosquitos came in. Couldn't Sleep full Night.This property is located in industrial area, Too Noisy. Fabrication unit in the neighborhood, hammer and Grinding Sounds started @ 6:30 morning.

There is used ash tray, also there is zero bulb which continues blinks, room service is low, we hav to call twice to thrice for lunch order and evening coffee order,if ur charging so high for a single day so it should be good, it was average not going to visit again thiz property

A very bad experience I had. The room was too small, not hygienic. I immediately thought to check out and I asked them to return the money but they denied. I hardly stayed there for 20 minutes.

Main part is that the location of the promises is not good as area waise.. Smell very bad in the room every where the non veg smells bathrooms are too bad and bed sheets also not clean i gave them 1000 rs but i can't stay for a day long.. Room is too suffocate i cant breath well..not satisfied with the room but staf is too good and polite
