The rooms stinks mold I've changed the room but it didn't get any better

My worst experience in a long time. It all started when I arrived at 5 a.m. and was given a room with two beds, both of which had stains and crumbs. The bed linens were damp. Needless to say, I realized this after I undressed and unpacked my suitcase. I had to pack everything, get dressed, and go downstairs to change rooms. They told me there were no rooms available, but there were upgrades. I told them that if my bed linens were dirty, they should give me a free room, but they said no. I was exhausted after a sleepless night on the plane and agreed to pay over $100 for the room. It turned out that they upgraded me to a room without breakfast, so I had to pay an extra $25 for breakfast.Upon checkout, they asked me how my stay was, I explained everything, and they simply said they were very sorry.I will never stay at this hotel or this chain again, and I will recommend the same to everyone I know.

I had a rather unpleasant experience during my stay. The staff was not accommodating, and I checked in quite late with no support or courtesy. There was a persistent noise in the bathroom, making it difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, I found hair in the breakfast I ordered through in-room dining. Overall, not the level of service one would expect.

The only redeeming part of the stay was the restaurant. The food was genuinely good and had an authentic taste — a pleasant surprise in an otherwise disappointing experience. The location wasn’t great either, making it hard to get around.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The service was poor — the front desk staff were incredibly slow and making check-in frustrating. The rooms were much smaller than advertised. The pool was also a letdown — very small and not well-maintained, definitely not like the photos. The location wasn’t great either, making it hard to get around. This hotel is located in an industrial area with lots of trucks and dust around. I can't believe this hotel is a part of the Taj group. I felt like staying at the Ibis hotel or a budget hotel. There are way better options around for what you pay for this hotel. One of the hotels I like is the Taj, the trees. Their hospitality is next level.

There was nothing to be disliked about this property. It was fantastic including the beds, food, gym and the pool.

I got upgraded to the suite just because they didn't had a smoking room and loved the experienceThe buffet dinner was superb and service was lovely.

Room was smelling badly..On reception i told for bill 3 time.They didn't give me. worst breakfast..Tv was not working. Rude staff behavior.

On check in I was given a room that was already occupied. I bumped into the occupants. Terrible experience. On check out if took an eternity to process my bill. Terrible front desk service. Your accounting system is slow. Very disappointed.

Staff was very nice and easy check in process

The only thing I didn’t like was that the food that you order either from Zomato or from anywhere, the person who comes to drop off your food, they don’t let that person to deliver the food to your room which is very inconvenient for the guest. You have to go downstairs to get your food.

Everything was good about the property. My husband and I came for a short visit, it was worth it!

The AC temperature was too cold and I had to adjust it continuously

I chose this property because it’s close to my parents apartment, for convenience that’s all

My airport pickup was delayed after letting the hotel know about my flight details. I had to wait for almost an hour. The hotel did apologise but said I may have overlooked the driver being there which makes no sense to me if this is an apology how is it my fault as well & how could I miss the driver who showed up an hour late

Breakfast was great! Lots of good options, live counters, comfort food, healthy food all options were there. The stay was also very smooth, staff was swift. The room was great, neat and clean, well maintained. The bed and sheets felt clean and fresh.

This is the second time it has happened, but the toiletries were only there for one person even though it was a double occupancy. Only single toothbrush and shower cap etc were there. The water wasn't hot in the tub or the shower, it was just lukewarm. The iron didn't work either. Just expected everything to be perfect at this price point.

Hotel ambience was good.

Failure to provide extra bed even after confirmation, failure to provide some room service (extra empty cups) showed some lacking in terms of service that is expected of a five star hotel

Reception staff Nupur treating guests very well and asking if guests any have any issues and tried to fix those

Smell in the room not good, fell like dusty smell because of Industrial area. need to spray some freshener. Shower area is not good as water going outside because of no proper seal. After requesting only shaving kit provided also the quality of shaving kit is not good.
