Amazing staff, I travel a lot, this is the first Hotel I found staff team spirit put it way above current star rating of this Hotel. I am already telling my frends visiting Idia to visit this Hotel in Mumbai. I am cerainly visiting this Hotel often.

Entering the business complex was little scary, but once you enter Hotel lobby, was very pleasant surprize.

Room was very good.

Clean and spacious, really friendly staff

Was a bit far from our location

Breakfast and Paid dinner was fine

Maintenance was going on in the next room and too much noise

Booked through Booking .com . Mentioned that will reach at 10:30 hrs for early sign in ( just to take shower andthen leaving to the work !) . But asked Rs3500! Which was high and not reasonable !. Wont book again .

a bit more variety with western guests staying there for breakfast. the location was great for us as our meeting the next day was only a 5 min drive

The shop attendant was very pushy to view his items he needs to give guest space

Nothing apart from the size of the room.

Staff was non responsive, despite multiple attempts on one responded the intercom.Amenities promised were missing from the room.

All Staff, Room, Gym, Food (Cafe Jade) all excellent service & care.Cafe Jade Manager & staff excellent and the food is of the best quality and taste.

It does get busy with a lot of external functions (wedding receptions etc) and gets a little busy & noisy but not too intrusive. The music etc stops at a reasonable time so not an issue.

I liked the amenities provided in the room. The size of the room was nice as well. Hygiene was top-notch. The behaviour of the room service was good. Food at the breakfast buffet was awesome!

They no longer upgrade the room like they used to. The behaviour of the reception staff wasn't pleasant. They didn't know how to address the problems at hand. Their booking department service is pathetic. I kept calling repeatedly only to get my call forwarded and my queries weren't resolved.

The size of the room is pretty good and comes well-furnished. It has all modern amenities, and although the hotel is quite old, the room is very well maintained. We ordered both lunch and dinner from the in-house restaurant and the quality of food was excellent and the taste, delicious. Also, the breakfast was very good too.

Bedsheets were mildly stained. I understand that they were cleaned, but to put stained bedsheets is simply unhygienic, even if they are washed.

Excellent helpful and courteous staff, more than willing to help out. Admirable and prompt technical support.I would like to mention the services provided in restaurant by Messrs Sonu, Shubhankar, as well as Mr Kalpesh at the Reception.One minor glitch, in serving of packed breakfast for us, only one instead of two, but nevertheless, no issue.

The staff is very rude always try to charge you for everything small not worth the money is very bad, broken switchboards no charging points

The property is very old, dusty, placed in a very bad location

The dinner food was a delightful culinary experience, offering a wide array of delicious dishes. The hotel's elegant ambiance, coupled with its impeccable service, created a truly memorable stay.

I had a wonderful stay with comfortable rooms and great amenities. Special thanks to Bell Desk Manoj for his exceptional service, escorting me to my room and providing a helpful tour of the hotel's amenities. The room was spacious and had a beautiful pool view, even from the basic category. Breakfast was good, although there's scope for improvement. Nevertheless, considering the overall experience, I found it to be value for money. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

It’s cozy & comfortable. Valet parking, good friendly staff, good facilities are helpful.

It was very much warm in the restaurant on the day i arrived as i went to have tea after the breakfast time was over. It was equally warm in the lobby area too. On the checkout day, i told front desk about my check out time - still i received a call from front desk about the same after a while.
