I travel at your place time, so for sure, as per the facilities, it was quite expensive at that time, but it was nice. The owner was nice and the room was good. The breakfast was on the house so that was good. Yeah, it was a good basic comfortable place.

I felt that the washroom was not clean enough like I could see some bit of a dirt hair and there it did not feel as if I could use it comfortably being a woman and a solar traveller, but other than that everything was fine and check out and check in was seen less and perfect

Location is the biggest issue. It is surrounded by Industrial area and thus it is just trucks moving around the area. Didn't feel much safer. Also eateries and street food around area isn't available. Swiggy/Zomato is the only way

ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN, WHEN I WENT TO REASTAURANT IN ROOF TOP IT WAS FULL OF DUST AND CLEANING WAS GOING AGT 8 AM CHEF WAS SITTING TO MY NEXT TABLE CUTTING VEGETABLES. EMPLOYEES WERE SLEEPING NEXT TO MY TABLE. 2 EMPLYEES WERE BRUSHING THEIR TEETH IN RESTAURANT WASH BASI WALKING IN FRONT OF US. I REQUEST EVERY ONE TO SKIP THIS HOTEL. I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO BOOK THROUGH BOOKONG.COM IN FUTURE. STREET FOOD WILL BE FAR BETTER AND FRESH THAN THIS. SORRY

I had an okay stay at Megh Residency during the Coldplay concert in Navi Mumbai. The staff were friendly and helpful. They agreed to refill my water bottles.

I paid a bomb for a pretty average room. They had clearly jacked up the prices because of the concert. I expected that the room for which I paid almost 9k a night will at least be top notch. I was slightly off put by the fact that the tv was not working when we checked in. They repaired it within 30 mins or so, but this is something that should be taken care of before assigning the room. We found the food too spicy. It might be worthwhile to request them for less spice if your tolerance is low. The hotel is also located in an industrial area and there can be lots of noises at night or early in the morning.

Staff was really helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable.

There is a plastic or industrial factory nearby, that permeates a bad chemical odor, from outside. Even with air conditioning on, I still smelled the odor in my room. It was hard to fall asleep. This hotel has a "no outside food" policy, which i find unfair and strange. We have to order from their menu or go outside to eat. Even if you do want to eat in ..they can't assume our selection is on their in house menu. My room although clean, needed to be swept and the walls cleaned.

The front desk staff and the manager were keen to please and tried to help by giving me breakfast early as I was leaving for a conference. I appreciate that. They also tried to change my room, as the corridor noise was loud for me. The room was basic, nothing over the top, I only needed it for an overnight stay.

I've stayed here at least once before, and noise from staff in corridors is an issue on both the first and second floors. I had to change my room twice on this trip. That's a negative for me, and the Hotel needs to control that, given that its in the interiors of the Turbhe-Vashi area, and guests come here for a peaceful night's sleep.

The staff other than manager are absolutely horrible. The boys who clean the room are rude, and expert at cutting corners. They do not allow outside food but their own hotel rips you off with their food. A full handi chicken costing 600 is apparently no more than 2 pieces of chicken cut into 8! There is no kettle in the room and the kitchen does not open till 8. So you can forget about bed tea. There is a DHL godown downstairs and there is plenty of noise all day long. All in all, I would never return there, especially until they fire their current housekeeping staff.

Our first room was a ro without windows. We asked for another room with windows and had then to pay an additional 30% to our room price to get one. The rooms are all smoking rooms. The location is in an industrial zone, a lot of workers and trucks outside.

Good air-condition in room,fine bathroom facilities with good hot water. They gave iron box on request. Smooth check-in and check-out.

No window in the room we booked. Other room with window they showed to us was noisy as the facility is surrounded by factories. Sometimes we get smoking smell from the nearby room. Very basic breakfast option. Better to book without breakfast option.

I didn't like anything is this property.

I have very bad experience and I will never go again in this property and neither recommend to any of my friend.The room was small, no window and no glass in the room. AC was not working well. Bathroom shower was also not good.The support staff was treating us as if we are stupid. I asked him to replace the AC remote as it was not working, the staff gave another remote which was also not working and he was pretending that everything is fine.

Highly disappointed Breakfast was included in our package But without any prior update to their breakfast schedule they did not gave us breakfast inspite of telling them Also the particular person at the reception was extremely rudeSaying that kitchen is very strict and we don't have control over kitchen...Means....!!!?This was a very unpleasant stay

My room was on 1st floor , and early in Morning the courier office staff makes a lot of Noice. From 10am it gets very comfortable.

Clean room. The room and the bed and the bathroom were exceptionally good for the price. Breakfast was included and good.Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful.

Only getting new pillows would bet good because they were very old and had already some yellow tintThe location is not that great. In an alley where the surrounding is quiet dirty. But you can reach the main road fast by foot.

Chicken Lapeta is a must try.

Room no.115 they assigned .I found the light was flickering and the pillow was missing.No tissue paper and no fragrance in the room and the TV channel was limited only 3 channels are working and rest all are not working

The AC and fan in the room were not working well. In the morning, there was so much moisture on the floor that we couldn't even walk barefeet and they don't provide slippers so unless you're carrying your own, you'll basically be walking on a wet floor. Also, we couldn't change the fan's speed at all. We also asked if we could keep 2 bottles of cold drinks in the fridge and were told that there was no space at all, despite us having taken their most premium room, i.e. the room with bathtub. Also, their towels are also bad, lints keep coming off?
