Services is not good for the customer. I am happy got two hours early check in.

Room services are not, staff took more time to respond.

Good choices at breakfast but I had to ask for cold milk everyday. For me the location was OK as I chose to be here for my business needs.

Only downside was the bathroom. One hinge on the toilet seat was broken. The washhand basin tap had a sprinkler fitted. I wonder why? Everytime you open the tap, the water spills everywhere. There was no way to remove it. This can be improved upon.

Very close to APMC Market. Good decent property with good options for in house restaurants and cafe

The room was cozy, staff was nice, especially Sushant who went beyond office hours to arrange things I needed

Checkin was at 2 and pool shuts at 4, roof top was not upto the mark and afternoons are dull.

The Yogi Executive was a disappointment from the movement I checked in , Its just a local shady Lodge with fancy name and exteriors. Dirty Floors , Dirty Room , Food is a absolute bismal.The Room service and Front office is non-existent after you check-in ( we need to stop expecting any service once your are in )

Everything from Service , Cleanliness and Hygeine. Its a cheap hotel with fancy cover ..Poeple who are decent and with family avoid coming here.

Pool

Room are not well maintained ,Air conditioner make noise ,room phones are not working,few rooms don’t even have hot water

It could be a very good hotel as it has a good potentiel but it’s neglected.

The room we got not very comfortable and the staff at the reception are not friendly and helpful. They must be trained to be more serviable. No basic facilites like hair dryer or iron and not even a shower cap. They can really make an effort.

Nothing besides the staff from Assam. I think he is room boy. He was very helpful. His name was Abdul.

Receptionist was not clear about our stay, in the beginning they said breakfast incuded in the plan but later during checkout they said it was not included and had to pay extra. The pillow covers and blanket covers were full of stain. Our previous room had rain water seepage directly into the room.

It has nice swimming pool on the terrace.Staff was very friendly and helpful.Staff was super attentive.

Location is not very nice. They use very strong chemicals to clean the lifts and floors which can be extremely toxic and unpleasant when you go in the lifts or around the property.

Please change your beds

The Beds were pathetic, I had to replace the bed with extra comforts and bedsheetsThe dinner (food ordered) at roof top was bad.

Staff behaviour is rude Actually I booked my room after my work at 1 am he said late night booking takes time to allot room He gave waiting time to me 30 minutes

We were a family of 6 and stayed an extended period of 2 weeks. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Particularly enjoyed breakfast, rooftop pool (the children especially) and restaurant choices.

Incredibly disappointing for our last stay on our India trip!

This was the last stay of a month long trip and was by far the worst place we stayed. We chose to pay more for our last evening and was taken in by the pictures of the pool and rooms. When we arrived the staff were nice but then our first room was untidy with cigarette ends and the air con unit didnt work. We then got moved to a 2nd room by the porter where the air con didnt work again and it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Finally our 3rd room was ok. However we later found out the hot water didnt work so was unable to have a much needed bath. After all the room changes we thought we should try out the spa & pool. The spa didnt seem to exist (even though there were still signs up) and the pool, which we were excited to use, but just found a very worn/ dirty looking area with birds floating in the water. All very disappointing and we told this to members of staff. In addition we decided to try out the rooftop restaurant which had cool views but the food was inedible. A curry which tasted like it was made from a sachet and chicken sizzler which i just couldnt eat (& im not picky with food!) The sizzler also had a pepper with "mozzarella" cheese in it but with one taste i knew it was completely off. I explained this to the staff and he insisted it wasnt, so i just gave the whole dish back and he didnt offer to replace or take any money off! It was a completely upsetting stay as our hopes of a lovely last night was ruined. The wifi also stopped working so we were unable to check in or get ready for out flight the next day. We felt sorry for the staff as they seem to try their best with what they had but it was so so much more expensive than it should be and anything we paid throughout our whole trip, especially the food which was extremely expensive and inedible. I have never left a negative review before on booking.com but just couldnt let someone else get disappointed with their stay here.

Nothing worst experience

The room was not clean, sheets were dirty. Tried to use shower water dripped everywhere. Unpleasant experience. Had mentioned check out after one night, hotel charged me for 2 nights. I’m calling everyday for refund, they say our manager will call you back but they never do. It’s a scam hotel

Breakfast was good had enough chose of both Western & Indian food. Location was OK.

It was a little old, needs sprousing up leaking tap, tiles in swimming pool was coming off. Connection to WiFi and TV sometimes failed. All these things need to be checked in each room before guest occupation.
