Hotel Ritz Koshien

The breakfast and location was perfect. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The room is huge: The bathroom is larger than the entire room in most other hotels.(There's also a large bath tub - I didn't use it, so I can't comment on that.. water pressure in the shower is good, even on the top floor.)The staff is very friendly and very attentive!(E.g. during check out they already had my car ready at the car storage even before I showed them my parking ticket with the according number).Parking was included in my (horrendous 20k/night) price.Breakfast is brought to your room at the time you choose.

The air conditioning in my room was very loud, so I could choose between being cold (stay in February) and sleeping without noise.There is one more ventilation device installed in the ceiling that makes even more noise, I don't know what it was supposed to do, but fortunately you can turn it off.The fridge in the room is also rather noisy (for a fridge) - but you won't hear it, if you have either the AC or the other ventilation running because they make much more noise ^^;There are no power outlets near the bed or near the table, so if you want to charge your cellphone/laptop during the night you'll have to put it somewhere near the entrance.It seems that you can switch off/on the room lights from the panel behind the bed.Breakfast is somewhat OK: It's a decent size, but it feels like some cheap ekiben was being put into a different box, an the taste wasn't that great :/(If it was still a love hotel I would have expected the bed to be a bit more sturdy.. if you're planning to just stay there to sleep it will be fine and comfortable!)

Very nice room, bathroom was bigger than expected and could take a long bath. Breakfast delivered to room which was very nice.

Refurbished love hotel

Bathroom and room are surprisingly spacious. Quiet despite of the location.

There were steps which can be risk of tumbling in the room.

Location close to Koshien stadium.

Aircon was not controllable hence so hot at the night

Great location, very close to Koshien ball park.

The bathroom was not clean, an opened conditioner package and some hair were left when we got there.Also, it is very difficult to communicate with staff. They don’t pick up the phone most of the day.

Spectaclular delux room, lots of space, just simply wonderful for a large family. Kind staff, breakfast always served in room. so relaxing!

This hotel has excellent facilities and was in the perfect position for me to attend the baseball match (Tigers v Giants ...Tigers won!) Which made the whole experience stress free.
