First of all it’s cleanliness. Second, the Hospitality ; the kindness attention of all staff. And the generous provide guess with good quality coffee corner for free ?? and breakfast is amazing healthy choice of Japanese food.

The hotel was very close to Oomori kaigan station. Family Mart was one minute away and Ito Yokado was within walking distance.The staff were very polite and friendly. The room was very clean and decent.

Small Rooms, Chaotic Breakfast, and Poor Tourist Location

Our three-night stay highlighted several issues. The standard rooms are excessively tiny, it forced us to pay an upgrade fee just to secure adequate space for our luggage. The complimentary breakfast is basic and poorly managed: despite the official 10:00 AM end time, staple items (e.g., croissants) were consistently depleted before 8:30 AM. Furthermore, the dining area was chaotic and overwhelmed due to large tour bus groups. Finally, the hotel's location is inconvenient for sightseeing in Tokyo, requiring long and difficult commutes to reach major attractions.

The location. It is very far from the Omorikaigan proper. So you need to walk very far but there is station near the hotel.

The breakfast buffet is mediocre at best. the dining room is always packed with guests with tour bus tourists since it’s the only option for breakfast around. The food is sub-par as well.

The place is clean, the cleaning service is nice, they give you tea, water and coffe for the room, the cards system to unlock the room is great and they gave us 2 cause we were two people, that is a nice detail we didn't need to share a card key

Even if the hotel is next to the omorikaigan metro station it feels a little bit hard to get anywhere from the hotel and the clothes washing service in the hotel is not pretty accesible (not recommended for common clothes) so we needed to go to a coin washing machine store

The property is good, close to the park and aquarium. The staffs are friendly and the breakfast buffet quality isnt bad either

The bathroom is my room smell bad despite the cleaning crew cleaned it prior to me booking the hotel.

We stayed at Tmark City Hotel Tokyo Omori for two nights and had a really nice experience. The location is super convenient — just a few minutes from Omori Station and close to convenience stores, cafés, and restaurants. It was easy to reach central Tokyo from here.The staff were very polite and helpful, and check-in was quick and smooth. Our room was clean, quiet, and modern, though a bit small, which is normal for Tokyo. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had everything we needed.Breakfast was good with both Japanese and Western options, though it could have had a bit more variety. The hotel also has laundry machines and luggage storage, which was very useful.Overall, it’s a great value for money — clean, well-located, and comfortable. Perfect for a short stay or anyone exploring Tokyo. We’d definitely stay here again.

There’s no parking at the hotel, and the nearby parking spots are limited and quite expensive.

Very clean, close to Metro station, Indian restaurants nearby. Centrally located between Tokyo and Haneda airport.

Bed linen and pillow were really uncomfortable, felt made of plastic. The mattress was ok

We booked a triple room and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was compared to single and double rooms we'd been in at other hotels during our trip. We were all able to move freely around each other, and had plenty of space for 3 large suitcases, 1 carry on, and 3 bookbags. The view was also very nice. It's no Tokyo skyline, but it was just as nice to look at too.

Our room 1102 was quite spacious. There was enough room for my daughter and I to move around and for our carry-on luggage with backpacks. This is a bit far from the city center but the surrounding area was so quiet and clean. If you are traveling by train this property is located across the street from the Omorikaigan station. Getting on the right train makes all the difference. The breakfast was very good and very foreigner-friendly. I truly appreciate being able to try traditional Japanese breakfast.

I honestly liked everything about this hotel. If i HAVE to choose something not to like, I would have to say the distance from the city or that the description made you feel it was closer than it actually is.

The water from bidet shower was hot and reception could not fix it they said all rooms have this problem which cannot be true, you risk to be burned literally with this shower bidet.Location was very far which I didn’t read in the previous reviews, to go to Tokyo you need to take a train then a metro which will add up in the transportation cost and if you have kids it will be difficult

Amazing hotel, got the room with a view to the river. Breakfast buffet with chocolate fountain! Slightly expensive but worth it given its proximity to Haneda

An airport shuttle would've been ideal. Taking bags to the metro which is still very close was a bit of an inconvenience
