Avoid!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
The cleanliness and the design of the hotel.

Cons -

Our room was infested with ants. Booked & paid for 2adults & 2children, then got charged an extra 80USD on arrival for a 6 & 8 year old. We had to leave after 1night as could not use bed to sleep! Hotel manager was incredibly rude and arrogant. No refund.
