Apex Boutique Hotel @ Bandar Sunway

The property is located on main road and access which I needed was there

The room is very noisy, there is no sound proof windows, there was no helper to take the luggage to the room

I like the room

Accused to smoke without any evidence proofed just room little bit smell smoke since i am a smoker i brought the smell outside to inside room

The location was very convenient.

There was no breakfast provided by the hotel. There wasn't a shampoo bottle. We asked the staff about the shampoo and he bought a shampoo from a store and brought on the second day. There was absolutely no room service. No slippers were provided. No tissue paper.

Great location, clean room

Sound proofing need some improvement

Staff were friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us out. She personally took us to the exchange center in the nearby shopping mall since we couldn’t find it. The room is clean, neat and smells good.

clean and comfortable. good value.

smokers on street in front of the hotel.

Overall, I had a good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. I slept so well and the shower was fantastic. The staff members were very accommodating.

I did encounter one issue with a member of the staff. The Malay lady at the front desk was quite rude and unfriendly, which was disappointing. Aside from this, my stay was pleasant, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Good amenities, great people, very helpful, easy access to transport, food, and shopping malls

Unfortunately we were there during Euro competition and the proximity turned into a fan zone at night till early morning, and our room's window needs to be toughen against noise, not enough sound proof

Convenient to go shopping mall. Room is clean and worth for the price paid.

Room space is very limited. Environment outside is hotel is crowded with foreign workers. Security concern.

Close to Sunway mall and food court. Room is clean

You can hear bathroom sound from the next room. No refrigerator.

Service was goodVery clean and was comfortableStaff was helpful and friendly

Ms Grace , the excellent knowledgeable and curtious staff

Neighbors of Nasi Kandar that is not hygenic

Friendly Staff, Strategic Place and Clean accommodation, love no smoking smell, very clean~~

So far no.

Clean, staffs are friendly and helpfulVery near to large shopping mall

Room is too small.

Location was great. Walking distance to Sunway Pyramid

Was given the room facing the main road. Can hear the mamak stall downstair chit chatting late at night.

Very clean and comfortable bed. All necessity is easily available. Polite stuff welcoming you when arrive

Location look like not well upkeep.

The bed was comfortable, air conditioning was cold. Water pressure of the shower was strong. The location was amazing, right next to Sunway Pyramid.

Was expecting a small room but didn't expect it to be THAT small. It gets super noisy as there is a mamak store right below the hotel during weekends especially when there's football games. The shower floods every time you use the shower. Certain rooms have no windows which as far as I remember, wasn't mentioned in the description (I might be wrong here).

Near sunway lagoon

No tissue and shampoo supply

Clean and tidy hotel , nice staff and reasonable price.will come back again.

Room is a bit small but comfortable and clean.

Feel like staying in foreign town. Lots of foreigners are staying around that area.
