location near mall and food stall, easy to go lagoon

the bed is uncomfortable, water pressure no big .the aircon is put in a wrong place ,it keep blow on my face

The location is great!! Only minutes walk to Sunway Mall.The room was clean and the beds were comfortable!The A/C is phenomenalBasic necessities could be expected.

The TV "is" always "broken!!" (and this is my 3rd stay)The water heater isn't working properly alwaysThe refrigerator is also not cool enough to store some medications and it's NOT adjustable whatsoever.So if all these factors are left out (as broken and what not) then it's not as great value as it's supposed to be.

Location, staff friendliness, and support Thumbs up to them.

No amenities, just 1 shampoo and soap. I have been staying in the hotel since 2019 and see that amenities have reduced significantly.

The staff was very rootless during my check in time not welcoming at all, and not a digital payment system only cash.

Property was close to the theme park

Toilet shower was damaged No sound proof rooms - full of street noise RM 100 more charged than booking price

You may renovate the room for more plug rather that 1 plug for charging only.Also, the heater quite confusing when its not warm & the mini fridge is not that cold either.

Great location, bed was comfy, shower was hot.

It was so noisy. I could hear everything from the hallway, even staff watching TikTok’s during the evening until late. At 4.30 some kind of alarm went off and it didn’t stop. Also the price at the property is higher than at booking as they apply the taxes once you arrive. This makes the pricing not transparent. Oh and the room didn’t have a window, even though there was a window on the room photos that I picked.

Location was ideal for us. Friendly and very helpful staff.Being so close to a very clean eating house on the next corner was our favourite- ABC.

Renew them kettle- lid was loose but didn't bother us.The very noisy music from the night markets in the next block meant we couldn't sleep until it stopped... one night it was 11pm

Room was Clean and bathroom was spacious.Location is excellence.Price is reasonable.

Problem is there is no reserved parking lot for hotel Guest.Bath towels too soil and rough. Do not hv hair dryer and at least have 1 or 2 glasses.Do not have any open wardrobe and No place to hang up our clothes.

No wardrobe. Lacking maintenance. Certain days, the bathroom towels given were a bit old and torn with holes.

The location was a good walking distance to Sunway Pyramid/Lagoon.The bed was alright. Budget worthy for lone travelers.

The room was quite small for 2 people.No answer when i tried to call twice; at least give a notification on the time if staff is available or not.Had to grab the iron board from their office? It's great that its available but it's better to have people be informed if they should take the items from their office self-service or something.

The service is really bad..i reach there around 8.15pm and they not allowed me to checked in! Very rude staff!!!

Location was good but the hotel facilities was too cramped for comfort.

The room toilet seat was broken and shower shelf was also missing. The property manager did not replace or repair damaged parts before a new customer is put into the roomThere was no proper table/desk.the safe was locked and not usable.I had to request for a hairdryer

Their location r superb!! Walking distance to Sunway shopping mall.

The cleanliness of the towel!! Their tower are dirty & also if can don’t choice to checkIn the ground floor room!! Their male staff talking & so loudly during mid night which is very annoying.
