Springz Hotel-Bukit Jalil

The hotel is good (not the best thing)Pros: There is no (compared to other hotels)

There is a smell that is not good in the room,insects،and the pillows are dirty

Nothing just the place

There is no one to help you with the luggage , also the Air conditioner was so bad and there is no bath needs in there .

Very near to Axiata Arena. 20mins walk.

Rooms need upgrading.

Good value for money -> The room rate is affordable, basic essential like towel and body shampoo are provided.Friendly staff -> Service was prompt and helpful during my stay.Acceptable cleanliness -> The room was generally tidy, though not spotless.Location -> near to Bukit Jalil Stadium

Slightly run-down -> Some furnishings were damaged, like the 2ft-high luggage cabinet in my room, which was broken and unstable.

The furniture in the room are old which need to touch out.

Limited TV channel and receiver is poor. Blur or blank screen with sound. Bathroom do hot have hot water for shower.

The staffs are so kind. Since we booked 2 rooms, they upgraded one of them so that the rooms will be close to each other. We requested for a late check out and they granted it without additional payment. Thank you so much!

Environment and entrance are a little bit uncomfortable

Good location easy to move around. Friendly staff and the room was comfortable for a good stay.

Location: there are plenty of convenience shops like 7E nearby

- Open parking - The toilet door in our room isn't in good condition. Can't even close it properly.- No iron & board provided in the room. I need to ask the receptionist for them.

The location of the food stalls and shopping mart are very close.Basement parking was available but parking a car by the riad was illegal.No proper info where car parking nearby

The room smells like stale air from the cupboards and probably needs some air freshener.Need to improve the air fragrance in the rooms.

I was there for 21 days , first look its a big hotel , the staff is extremely friendly , polite and treated us very well . The rooms are just wow, great interior and spacious.

Close to Beam so can use to go to bukit jalil concert, lots of food choice near area, KKmart & 99speedmart nearby , restaurant and mall , Grab got.

Noisy a bit cause got restaurant but a bit only if u tired from daily tour confirm can sleep also that

Too dirty..All furniture are old..can’t sleep I just check in one hour than I check out I stay another place…the room are so so so dirty and not comfortable

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout the stay. Its location is also a big plus, being conveniently near several shops like 7-Eleven, 99 Speedmart, and MyNews, which makes it easy to grab necessities or snacks. The facilities available were decent and functional, though not exceptional.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room had a weird noise and didn’t cool the space effectively, which made the stay less comfortable. Considering the room was small and the overall experience didn’t match expectations, it didn’t feel like good value for the money spent.

Book furnished apartments not a hotel

Insects, smell, no oxygen inside the room, no window and no view

Walking distance to Stadium Hoki Bkt Jalil. Many eateries place and convenient stores

Bad reception for cellular line ..i using Maxis & Celcom but both were badLuckily hotel WiFi quite fast

I was given a very warm welcome when I arrived and the staffs were very friendly and hospitable. The few days I stayed at The Springz Hotel, I was very comfortable and happy mostly because of the kindness and attentiveness of Mr. Simon Tawfiqu Rahman and his colleague Mr. Najib.. They really go the extra mile to help me whenever I asked for any help. I went to attend an athletics event and the hotel is quite close to the venue, I could walk, and the direction given by hotel staff was very clear. Room is simple but clean and cozy. The hotel location is good for my needs. If I ever visit Bukit Jalil I wouldn't think twice to stay at Springz hotel again. Thank you so much for the great hospitality.

Nothing I didn't like. It's a simple cozy hotel with helpful staff.

Easy to get food because near restaurant and mini mart. Also easy go to LRT Bukit Jalil

You should put ‘do not disturb’ and ‘clean my room’ tag for privacy purpose
