I don’t like it
The room is nasty not clean at all and the bed is not clean and it like a rock
Nothing, didnt stay there after first glance of the room/rooms (as i had booked 2 rooms for another party of friends)
The small room is actually small like a prison cellThe double bed room had period blood stain and bodily fluid stains on the sheets The staff said they will charge an extra 10MYR for each hour on early check-in before 3pm due to cleaners cleaning but the room wasnt clean at allThe ACs had literally a layer of dust not just on the mesh but inside where the ac blows windIf you dont have asthma, you'll get it within the week's stay
Close to mall and restaurant Easy to find parking space
No staff at the counter at 9 amToilet smelly - hancingTilam tenggelam, cadar ada tompok kotor
Bathroom quite big with strong water pressure
TV channel only have RTM1 and 2, at least upgrade to NjoiStill using spring mattress
Great location, easy to navigate.
The cleaning was late or not done at all, had to ask for the trash to be picked up and for toilet paper.

The bathroom is clean and comfortable.
Small space to do prayer. There are also only 2 channels on the tv.
Only the location
The hotel room for family suite very poor in facilities and comfort. Toilet bowl cover broken. the TV has only one channel as TV3. Air cond control fixed on the wall as we need to keep wake up to close and turn on manually. No remote control for air cond.Cupboard has no hangers. the lift light was spoiled during our stay...
Location is nearby to my university. Walking distance to metro and mall.
Internet not working. No cleaning services on weekend.
The location is strategic and parking is located at open parking/public parking. Arrived after 6 pm, and there is plenty of parking spots near the hotel. Check-in-process was quick and the hotel does provide a lift.
Iron is only provided at the receptionist. The mattress is a bit low. The toilet bidet hose leaking. Recommend replacing the bidet.
