smelly room, smelly tower, croaches in the wardrobe

Location is easy to access by bus or taxi. Food court and night market nearby.

The staff is unfriendly. Cleanness is ok, but the design of toilet is bad. The shower head will shivering and get toilet bowl, floor wet. Dangerous for old folk.

1. When we arrive around 240pm, the staff told us got 2 rooms hasn’t prepared. We have to wait another 30mins. (Check in time supposed to be 2pm)2. One of the door can’t open, for more than 10 hours, our belongings are inside the room. The staff arranged us to other rooms. We can’t get our belongings until the next day

Location is strategic close to food massage and lots of pharmacies around

Cigarette smell lingering in the air

Room is basic commensurate with the price paid. Great location with plenty of food outlets nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The environment is just good, and they have a lift. Requested extra pillows, and they provided them.

The receptionist (male) was not very welcoming. Room cleanliness was poor, and there was a strong smell of smoke. The TV wasn't functional, and there was constant noise from nearby construction or renovation. Parking was a big issue — always full and difficult to find since the hotel doesn’t have its own parking. Malay food options were limited; mostly fast foods and Chinese food nearby.

There was LOUD humming noise in the room, even when I turned off the AC. It was impossible to sleep and i stayed up almost the whole night.

We stayed here as an interim during our travels across Malaysia. As a stop between islands off Terengganu, to Cameron Highlands.+ The location is great. Within a bustling market area of Petaling Jaya. Nearby a pharmacy. Across from a 24-hour McDonald's, and five adjacent durian- stalls - fantastic if you're in Malaysia for the durian!+ Check-in and checkout were quick. Friendly staff.+ Very affordable.+ Clean rooms. An added touch of class were the aromatically odourized towels which made them smell like lavender.+ Free bottled water provided.

+ As expected at this price: no amenities such as breakfast, pool, gym.+ Room is relatively small at some 2.5m by 3m total, including bathroom.+ No fridge or safe.

Location is excellent, room was okay, the male staff working in night shift was helpful

Room lighting was too dark, shower head above on the toilet bowl, the lady staff working in the morning shift was unhelpful

the service is bad! I m accidentally booked the hotel, I did write in for room waiver but no reply till after the check in date. ??

Aircon cold. Water pressure good. Location excellent for food, easy to get Grab car. Nearby to seapark where many nice hawker food.

Room lock are not functioning. Double lock spoilt. Need improvement on this issue.
