Location is good. Cheap.

Table was too small, cluttered with kettle and hair dryer, barely had space for my wallet, keys and mobile phone. No space to open my laptop to do some work. Holder for shower head is loose, not able to hold up the showhead when water is turned on.

Location to bowling center. Just across Sunway Pyramid.

Rooms a bit run down.

Location was very important to my stay.

Place looks rundown with stained carpets on the floor leading to rooms. Some rooms had broken door safety latches.

Best location at a very good price located just across Sunway Pyramid.

Noisy elevator door that makes a banging sound when it closes on the 2nd floor. My room (201) was located adjacent to it and you hear the loud bang every time someone uses it.

Breakfast is not good at all, dont ever promote it. Have some water bottles and Tea Coffee making facilities in the room.No chairs to sit in the room. Very less space.

bathroom clean and good in condition like heather espeacily got bidet that important. Either room small (checkin family room) but bed very comfortable.Condition okay not noisy can sleep well.

why the hotel managment not provided same tea or coffee sachet. It very disappointed cause we pay the price almost same like 3 star hotel...hope incoming the managment can improve more to let more customer come and happy to stay.

Location was great! Breakfast was not bad. Very responsive and hospitable staff! Thumbs up for that.

The room seem to be less occupied. Rather dusty. Bathroom was clean for use. Hair dryer area can be better maintained.

Fast check in process. Clean lobby. Fast elevator. No any foul smell in room. Great choice for a night stay if you're not planning to be in the room all day.

Size of room too small. No amenities provided; no toothpaste or toothbrush. Room floor can be cleaner. Feels dusty when stepping on it. Bathroom sink doesn't drain water fast. Lighting is quite bad as well.

Not enough hanger for family room.

The staff was very cordial and supportive. A big thanks to Mr Syed and Ms Chitra, the reception staff. Our room(family room) was spacious for two adults and one teenager to sleep comfortably. There was no noise or any other disturbance during our stay. The hotel being located just opposite to the Pyramid Mall made it even more convenient in terms of shopping. Entrance to the Sunway Lagoon was just across the street. Easy access to the canopy walk helped us explore the place.The WiFi provided by the hotel was also good. The Seven Eleven shop and ABC Bistro solved our breakfast and snack needs.The place felt safe as the street had people commuting even late at night. The other guests staying there were mostly families or elderly couples.

Breakfast options were limited, so we chose not to take it through the hotel. Instead we went and ate at the Bistro directly.

Water dispenser was on first floor and had to go down for water. Water dispenser should be on each floor.

Room are So Standard, Without Fridge, Very Smal Closet, Ironing is outside the Room in Corridor, Breakfast very Poor. The Location is Perfect and accessible Everywhere.
