Sovotel Uptown 101

All service,facility, room, bathroom are good

No lift, if got an elderly need to request lower floor.

Value for money.

Room cramp.No lift.But then I get what I paid for.

Location

Dead roach in the room,top floor room with no elevator. No tv channel and bad wifi coverage

Near to my office, clean, staffs are friendly & very comfortable

Room - super dirty, especially toilet. water heater -Totally damaged.location - the hotel is good.clean - 0/10, bed got coffee marks, table got dirty marks. all pillows got dirty black spots. toilet suspect not clean since last customer. still got shXt surround the toilet stool...

Location and outside parking

Floors were kinda oily and shower head had a crack so it was shooting water to the ceiling when we turn it on

just because location near with the eye clinic that i wan’t to go

poor service & not clean. the minute i check in, the toilet was so smelly. got cockroaches. bedsheet & pillowcases were stained. no lift.

Close to eateries. Close to where i went to work. Room facility is very basic. Drinking water is obtainable from the ground floor. Staffs were pleasant and helpful. Parking is not free but mostly available.

Cleanliness is much to be desired.Toilet's floor and walls are slimey and smelly..havent been scrub/clean for ages. The manager or supervisor must go and inspect room from time to time, not just sit in your office and sign those work--sheet rosters. Airconditioners need servicing... emitting foul smell. I paid for 3 nightsbut stayed for 1 night only.

Price is not too expensive

The room looks very old and dirty. Hair left on the bed sheet and under the pillow indicate bad housekeeping. The pillow case is very dirty too. There is no hairdryer and slipper in the room. Had to walk down to lobby and get hairdryer from the receptionist because they won't bring it to your room.

no kettle inside the room as stated. no remote control for aircond also. we can’t control the temperature. staying at level 3. how to go down at the counter just to get hot water. should put coway at every floor. upon reach the room cockroaches welcome us inside the room.

I paid for 148. 00, but the standard was very low, its like a budget room, if i evaluate approximately rm60 yo rm70. 00

Roof above the head. Working kettle and mug provided. Decent TV entertainment choice

Room 212. Dirty pillow, tobacco smell pillow, no complimentary toiletries or bottle drink. Noisy neighbours around 0001-0100. Pubic hair on toilet wall.. dusty kettle, unhealthy mouldy walls. Poor WiFi

Poorly maintained hotel

The room is dirty, stains on the wall, the bed sheets are gross, toilet floor is uncleaned, and they didn’t even clear the trash in the dustbin from the previous guest!

Only the location i like , other than that Nothing

No Tower to serve, check in night time must give called and waiting someone around 10 minutes to the Counter. THE MOST FUNNIEST THING EVER : ONLY CAN BE CHECKED OUT AFTER 8AM ...... LolIF YOU CHECKED OUT EARLY ,NO BODY AT THE COUNTER AND YOU JUST LOST YOUR DEPOSIT,HOW STUPID IS IT

I check in late at night, that means way later than usual. I understand that not in any way the hotel fault. But turning off power immediately at 12 tomorrow when we were showering and ready to check out? Not cool. They can at least give us a call asking if we ready to check out. Especially when they do take late check out fee, of rm20 when u just late by an hour. I don't mind the fee, some hotel take more than that. But turning off power? Wow
