YP Boutique Hotel, Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya

Roaches comin out at 6am

Hotel reception close and 12am and never inform guess even we has message them

Service very very bad

the single room is the best, the spacious bathroom i love the most

the location and no parking was designated for the customer’s staying in the hotel.

booked this hotel and reach there 2am (late check in) no staff to open the door for us as the door was locked. even though stated here 24 hours check in. called the property and rang the bell so many time but still no staff in this hotel available to open the door for me to check in. after 1hr plus waiting outside the hotel, we need to find other hotel. but still payment of this hotel deducted from my account

The staff was exceptionally good.

The bed was a bit dirty, smelly corridor and lifts. No water filter. Air-cond is noisy...

Booking.com was telling the fair 67RM but at hotel they charged me 87RM. I understand 10RM for foreigner but they charged me extra 10RM.

Room door doesn't able to locked well, only have public parking at the roadsideHave some smoking smell at the room alley

It is budget hotel, the expectation must be very low. Good to stay a night only.

Air-con is good but noisy from fan. No tooth paste and no teeth brush provided. Stay for three nights but no room housekeeping , bedsheets no change. Passport holder must pay tax 10% according to reception counter.

parking had guard even if the guard is from next establishment not this hotel

this was not an Oyo hotel. even staff mentioned it at check in. for the price room was not recommended very cramped and cleanliness was average. room is quite stuffy in general and small

Well located. I regularly stay at this hotel because it is 100 meters walk from a course venue so very convenient. I love the coffee shops in the vincinity as well. Staff at OYO is very friendly.

last time I stayed there I had a different room and I found quite a number of baby cockroaches in the room......luckily no big flying types....

Clean, good internet, ATM is a 2 mins away walk, good food options around, mall around the corner. Hot water, comfortable bed, AC. They have an iron you can use anytime. Everything went perfectly. Nothing bad to say.

1. The room is big2. Comfortable bed & pillow3. Aircond is good4 it has two mineral water

1. Only has one tv channel.2. Only has one mirror in the toilet.3. No plug point & bed side light switch.4. No complimentary coffee

Everything was good. The place was comfortable without any major issues

Parking was difficult as I brought my car for travelling. I had to park in some other place.

even the hotel called so OYO , but please make some ugrade with the environment , lift so & very bad smell

Please upgrade your service & environment

cheap. comfy. quiet.

Location wise is good. Have 7-Eleven 24 hours walking distance from hotel. Have functional lift. The front was helpful and friendly.

I found small cockroaches in our bathroom and bed. Erghhhhh.

The check in and checkout procedure so fast.

The ventilation is poor because I can smell the smoke

Bery bad

There was bugs in my room and the housekeeping was bad. I couldn’t sleep the whole night and it was a bad experience.

Passable

very limited toiletries. consider little bit expensive for this kind of very budget room.

Location and the price

Limited parking
