It was cheap and cheerful and just what I needed for one night's stay. The location was great, only 5 mins walk to the Sunway Pyramid. The room was clean and the shower was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a very small kettle in the room and space to hang a couple of clothes. The bed was OK and I had a reasonable night's sleep. It wasn't anything to write home about but did the job for one night.

Room was Small and Clean. The location is great and helped me well. For the amount, i get it has great value for money.

The location is excellent — very close to the mall, with plenty of food options nearby. There’s even a 24-hour restaurant just around the corner downstairs.

The only downside is the poor sound insulation. If someone talks in the hallway, it feels like there’s no wall at all.

It's very near to shopping mall, very convenient & short distance walk.

Dislike the Bed, cos very itchy. Me & my boyfriend feel whole body itchy.

It could be noisy or have limited car park if there's an event at the open space opposite the hotel.

Nice location. Small room but gets the job done.

A bit cramped.

- Location was unbelievably convenient.- Every staff I met was helpful and polite. - Room cleaned daily. - Towels changed daily.

- Loud music from neighbouring bars on Friday and Saturday nights well past 2am. - Every other fresh towel would have a stain somewhere. - Mattress stain was pretty obvious even with clean bedsheets over it.

1- The reception was incredibly supportive and accommodating. They kindly allowed an early check-in, nearly 4 hours ahead of schedule, and provided a secure storage room for our bags until our room was ready.2- Fantastic location! It’s very close to the water park, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Perfect spot to unwind after a full day at the water park and the nearby shopping mall.”

As I tried to pick something which had dropped off on to the floor, I noted a lot of dust under the bad, there was also a black ladish panty and some facial tissues.It pained me and buried my first impression of the facilities.

Good location and nearby the mall and theme park. Happening area with convenient store also. The parking only can be found at night time. Only weekend is free parking.Overall stay is quite good.

Good price for the location and facilities. Toiletries provided. Bed was comfortable. Facilities were clean. WiFi connection was good. Room and toilet size was a bit small, but for the price it's ok.

The wall isn't so soundproof and I could hear footsteps or people closing doors outside. No windows, but it's not a big deal.

When i open the door for the first time to enter in my room that was very dissappointed to see my room in untidy and i have to wait for half an hour for housekeeping to set up my room..a bad day for me

The property is a bit outdated, the mattress is a quite hard, bedding color is not clean white but rather fading, there's no tooth brush & tooth paste, the room and its furniture are rather dusty, some stain on the bathroom door. No smiling staffs.
