Room conditions is good for the price.

Didn't provide parking, RM10 per entry should adjust the entry time for over night guest cause at this moment have to enter after 00am or will be charged 20, so have to pay extra rm10 if you want to sleep earlier.

It was quiet. Didn't even hear much from the door/hallway.

Basic cleaning done but the place needs deep cleaning. The pictures do look like they do but add in wear and tear and no deep cleaning done. Sheets are severely stained, duvet was torn, bathroom tiles stained black,had drain flies and ants. Not recommend

Comfy bed, spacious room, .excellent staff, near the mall .. Equip with the window that can be open for fresh air Tv need your own Netflix account , but I enjoyed just with YouTube , plenty of dramas/movies that can be watch ..Wifi not function on first night?, bathroom light brokedown on second night?, aircond slowdown on third night ?, However staff took action swiftly ??.. so, no hard feeling about the events.. Overall, we enjoy our stay.. ? .. If I even be to PJ next, will stay here again .. ?

Place is affordable and comfortable

Housekeeping services is not good, they don’t change towels or clean the rooms daily.

So noisy besides room. i ask then they say its service room. cant sleep 11th floor because they keep open and close the doors

I think it's been a while since the bathroom had been checked. Because the water drains slowly. So when you take a shower, the water just stays in the shower area for a while. It's also the same for the sink

Sheets were stained, parking is horrible and too expensive, the deposit of RM200 via cashless method was not mentioned prior to booking

Pls improve the housekeeping duty as needed to clean the room everyday when the guests are requesting for cleaning service .No matter if it is 2day night stay or less than this .Always clean the rooms washroom without having brown colour stains at the bottom of the glass door...Its look unhygienic.?✳️Pls provide toothbrush & toothpaste as well .thank you

Hotel room is clean and professional. Great value for money, because the same fee per night would've landed me in a typical low budget one.

No 24/7 staff at the lobby counter. It opens only 9:00AM onwards, which means I couldn't have checked out earlier if I wanted (without receiving my deposit on the spot).

No breakfast served at this hotel. The room was clean and big enough for one person with a clean bathroom.

They had a button in the room to click if you wanted your room cleaned. I clicked the button when leaving the room in the morning but no one came by to clean the room all day! Also, they only have android TV in the room so you need to pay to watch TV with no free to air channels.

Location. The sole reason we chose this accommodation because it's just 2 buildings from where we are attending lessons.

No daily room make up. The toilet rolls provided were only 2 miserly thin rolls that run on on the morning of the second day and requesting for a refill took hours and reminders via WhatsApp messaging. Be prepared for such inconvenience. Luckily, we came with our eyes open and were not too disappointed.

I liked mother about the property

There is nobody to help you with check in if you come after 9pm, self check in is a hustle, i reached the place at 11pm and it took me more than one hour to self check in and go to upstairs to my room. I waited too long for the staff to instruct me on self check in through WhatsApp. Entry itself is confusing, you need to take one building's lift to go to another building. If you are coming after 9pm just don't come. Once you arrive they ask you to pay deposit through online banking and they say it will take 7 days to refund your deposit back. I haven't got my deposit back yet even though my stay was 10 days ago, and the reason is that there was blood stain in the bed sheets. The room is not bad. It is clean and quiet. The problem is their self check in and deposit policy.

The location

Staff wasn't friendly and the floors were very dirty

The location is good and perfect. Love that shops are very near and can go grab snacks or food any time you want.

It's ok for the price paid and the toilet floor gets wet after shower even with close door. One of the bedsheet has stains and the room has an old room smell.

The location is good, the receptionist is very helpful, and most of all the price is very reasonable compared to the next hotel, and I will surely visit this hotel again and recommend it to others!
