One Dream Hotel

A very straight forward and simple room, clean and tidy bed and bathroom. Also the water dispenser was greatly appreciated.

Not much facilities, but that shouldn’t matter if you’re traveling most of the time.

Staff behavior was good. Room was clean and location was good.

Clean, state of decoration good. Friendly, helpful staff. Good value.

Mattress very hard. Noisy drunks below my window.

Pros:It's just adjacent to Sunway Lagoon. We got the family room, it is just a connecting room. Not a one huge room. Each room has its own bathroom and a queen size bed. It is clean. The staff is nice. They even give an "ampao" to my kids. Budget friendly if you want to have a short get away to Sunway Lagoon. They have water dispenser in the floor so you could have free water.Overall I think this one is a budget friendly and a clean room for a short stay just to have a tour around sunway.

Cons: Even though the area is nearby sunway. You still need to take a grab since the bridge going across sunway is very steep. Not kid friendly. The area is like a suburb with full of workers. Not as clean as what I am expecting. There is a curry like smell in the bathroom. It seems that the exhasut of the kitchen downstair is in our bathroom fan.The curtain is bright. Not a black out one. Small correidor spaces. They do not accept cards for payment.

New hotel . Many restaurant nearby and brt station have in front of hotel . Clean room? Staff also good .

Will repeat again?

Awasome ?

This hotel is super comfy and clean. Here i can get shop that open 24hours easy for me to buy snack in middle of night?.tq one dream hotel next time i will come and stay a little bit longer

"The hotel room is clean, nice and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for walking around the city center."

Great value for money, strategic place. This is my 4th time in this hotel ,Hotel itself was very clean, welcoming staff and nice entrance.Room is basic just nice, but was clean, comfy beds, nice bathroom with a hot shower, nice TV and great wifi.Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. Would definitely stay again for the 5th!!

It's a small hotel but the location was great. There's all the choice of food you need right next door including the favourites like Mcdonalds, Burger King and Pizza Hut and BRT and LRT stations are just across the highway next to Sunway Pyramid. The lobby is nice and comfortable and the room was nice, clean and modern. The sheets had a couple of marks but that's the only slight blemish on a great stay. Staff were also kid and lovely.

The bed is good i guess

When i arrived for check in the staff said the room wasnt ready have to wait for 2 hour.. While the housekeeping when for lunch.. And the room i stay have lock problemAnd scared of being rob that night.. Hope u can fix all this issue

Maybe there are to many customers, they try the best to fulfill my booking with upgrade my room FOC without say no room. I really like it ? that to much for me 1 persons. Tq for hand gift ?

Staff helpful, so much food and shop nearby

Downstairs had lots of local restaurants

Never cleaned the room in three days no water in room except last day Moved us to another place first day cus said we’re booked! Even though i had booked well in advance Dont know how they got 8.6

great location, clean, and friendly staff.

Only comment is the room quite small, but cleaners is good. and the room lighting need to improve.

Money value! The room was clean and nice. Easy access to food outlets. Parking is not an issue. Will definitely come again. The staff are excellent in servicing.

Hair dryer is not enough. Booked 2 rooms, we have to share the hair dryer.

Friendly staff at the reception. The location is great as it is close to many good restaurants of various budgets. Also walkable to Pyramid Mall.

Rooms are small and facilities and furnitures are not enough for longer stay and do some work side the room.

Location is good. Neat to BRT station. Many eateries within walking distance. New hotel.

Would be good to have hot water dispenser at lobby.

Clean & comfortable,all is super new..Beside,staff very helpful ?

All i like

New hotel all was new? The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Many Restaurant have around the hotel, Dobi also have near the hotel. The location was good cause near sunway pyramid mall, Front the hotel also have BRT station. Would definitely come again??

All good?
