The location was good, right next the hotel there are plenty options where you can grab something to eat or have breakfast.The doorman was very kind and professional.Receptionists were also helpful and professional so for staffs, everything was perfect.

The room smelled weird coming from bathroom which we think it was the sink that was smelling. We thought the smell will go away after few times using the water, but for 2 days it smelled bad.Towels were also smelling strange like strong swimming pool smell.

The security staff they are so respected, they are helping and smiling all the time

Breakfast with many options, friendly staff, good room

Often noisy, with bad manners by other guests and a staff that doesn't intervene when guests are misbehaving, breaking rules, etc. The hotel is in desperate need of clear rules in the area of noise and general behavior and needs to enforce those rules when necessary. For example:- A large group of tourists were shouting and screaming in the hallway at midnight. The hotel needs clear rules such as "no noise after 10PM", "put your phone in silent mode" and so on. This happens regularly. The door to the room is NOT soundproof, so the noise can easily be heard from the bed. - Some other guests had jumped into the pool while wearing their street clothes, breaking the rules of the swimming area. I informed an employee. The employee saw it, didn't intervene, but just shrugged his shoulders.- Someone was having a video conference session with his laptop in the breakfast room.- My fiancé was trying to relax near the swimming pool area, when another guests sat down in the chair next to her and started playing annoying social media clips on his phone with the sound on full volume. This is the type of inconsiderate, uneducated behavior that doesn't belong in a decent hotel. She just left and went back to the room.

The tv had few English movie options but the kids liked the Nickelodeon channel

Exceptional customer service, from evening duty receptionist,ground staff to substance restaurant managers and attendees. Recommended for welcoming and customer focused experience.

Limited floor space of Marriott,sticking to few floors,compared to other 5 star hotels and resorts.

We loved the rooms and the service. Every staff member was kind and considerate to our family. Our rooms were always clean and we were very impressed with the food at the buffet breakfast and dinner.

This was our first trip to KL so we weren't familiar with the location. We felt like we were away from the city but were happy to catch Grabs to explore the City.

Counter staff promised early breakfast box, against our request. When we checked out at 5 am, breakfast was not ready. Later hotel manager sent a sorry mail for not providing the breakfast.

Clean, reliable. Great staff who were attentive to finer details. They were trained to handle disabled. Their facility itself is very well equipped for the disabled. They were attentive to the finer details, offered to reimburse parking costs and complementary breakfast at the cost of a regular room on noticing that we were traveling with a disabled person.

The facility is one of the better designed place for disabled but can be improved. More can be done. I'm still impressed in comparison to other hotels in Malaysia.

If you're looking to escape the city jams in KL and still keep within driving distances to the city centre, this hotel will be ideal! We had a lovely stay; room and shower were spotlessly clean and we loved the comfy bed and pillows to snooze into! A perfect place to retreat after a long drive from SG! Check in and out was easy and the persons attending to us were super friendly!

I really thankful and appreciated that reception girl helped me to order taxi , because my Grab application didn't work. So I reached to my event right at the time , not late.

But the guardian guy didn't help me to put my luggage on taxi , it was less comfortable feeling.
