Almost everything , aircond not cold enough , bathroom not much clean , poor room service

The location is good. There are many options of restaurant in walking distance and it is easy to park.

The wall is not soundproof so I can hear people walking and talking outside. The room has cigarette smell too.

Location was good. Value for money. Air conditioning was ok. Beds were quite comfortable. Free water dispenser. Friendly staff.

Massive cockroach in the curtain (we killed it). Dead lizard (we didn't kill it, it was already dead). Air conditioning unit was noisy. Smelly dustbin. Toilet also smelled bad. Walls cracked and peeling. No windows.

Nice location. Near shops. Really good for traveller.

A bit crowd. Parking also must pay at apps parking in Majlis Perbandaran Selayang. Its cheap. But at night its free. Dont worry.

the price in the booking wasnt match to the payment at the properties, also they didnt state that to spare a deposit before check in , luckily i brought some. Please standby a deposit before check-in. And make sure you have a parking ticket when you park your car .

Its near to my place that i want to go, easy to get fast food/heavy food, lots of food restaurant, pharmacist and so on, easy to get parking.

When i was there, i cant get my room that i booked for my family. I asked the staff, and she put blamed on me that i didnt picked up her call, so she cancelled it. Actually, she was mistakenly dial the wrong phone number and cannot reached me.I booked for two days, and i got small room. I supposed to get 2 queen size for 3 persons, but i get 2 single size + 1 extra bed. The toilet door is broken, and its hard to get bath.The hotel also quite noise and i cant sleep well. The bell will ring once the guest enter/go out from the hotel. Second day, i decided to check out early and find another hotel.

Strategic location. Have a shop nearest the hotel.

Cleanliness is quite poor. Not much facilities inside room. Water leaking. Bed is really uncomfortable.

Staffs are friendly and the facilities fit the price we paid. Rooms a clean too.
