Very near to SS2 morning market variety of food stalls nearby . Everything is fun and great

The room has a noisy sound from ELCB. The whole 2 night I cannot sleep . Regret cannot change rooms because they only have 2 Family rooms. 1 has already been booked by someone. Room 102 .I hope the hotel management will take notes about the issue seriously damaging the hotel business. I will come back again to stay if the issue can be settled. I really like the Hotel location.

The location is great coz it is in the centre of SS2 Square. Lots of food to explore here just within walking distance. Easy to get Grab too. Room & toilet are acceptable clean.

We know it is a budget hotel but basic thing like toilet paper is not even provided in the room. The room is for 4 people but there were only 2 mugs provided. Even after we asked for extra mugs, they won't even give us ? Tiles in the toilet/ bathroom is quite slippery so please take extra care. Also, please note that there is no lift. If you have weak knees or huge luggages, this hotel is not suitable for you.

very hard to find parking

Wifi not working , for my 2 days stay. Tv program, only provide 2 channel only , very poor.

The location is convenient.

The rooms were extremely dirty and you can even see the previous tenant's hairs all around the bedsheets. My whole family feel itchy after stay 1 night there. Besides that, the pillow and the bed are very poor, until you can't sleep whole night.

Have space to perform prayer (Kiblat direction provided).4. Acceptable clean room with comfy bed, pillow, and mattresses.5. Acceptable clean bathroom & toilet. Good water heater shower and towel provided.6. Hot water & cold water dispensers are available on each floor for drinking.7. In our room got an iron too.

1. Located in the compact area of SS2. Hard to find car parking. Not hotel false.2. Not suitable for the elderly and disabled (No lift). No comment (Get what you paid).3. Halal restaurants are a bit hard to find in the neighborhood. But got McD there.

I guess it's clean.

The Aircon unit was noisy. Worse of all was the fragrance they apply in the room. It was too heavy until it gives me a headache. I would prefer a bar of soap than the the lotion type. It felt too light and difficult to wash off.

Friendliness of staff.

Emptying of trash in the room and to make sure that room is clean and provided with toilet paper before the guest checks in.Staff is not knowledgeable about public transport other than taxi and grab.

Noise that come from the street at night by the pub goers nearby. But that is part of pro cons of asking for a room with windows

The staff, especially the smiley Malay girl is superb. She goes all the way to help whenever?

Previously was Calla Hotel and the owners took pride in ensuring the place is homely, clean and with potted plants. Cleaners are always there and owners would ask guests for their keys to do the room cleaning. Now as part of a chain, it is totally different ambience and approach. But still I believe it is the best ih.the SS2 vicinity for the price you pay

Overall is okay. The room we assigned to were considered as clean and the toilet was also clean. Bed was okay just that the pillow was a bit soft. Location was great, for those who are driving to here, please ensure you arrive after 11pm so that you can easily find a parking lot.

- Pillow was a bit soft- TV set has to be improved, ie guide us how to connect the TV via bluetooth- Wifi a bit slow, but given the affordable price range, it is acceptable
