Location is good. Staff is friendly.

The bed was quite bad. The spring was poking our back.

cleanliness was worst dirty hotel, staircase was full of cigarette butts and room was dirty. the bed sheets not even clean or changed from last visitor

Near to the Sequ offshore which is just 2km away from the hotel.

The hygiene is very very very poor ! The toilet seems like they never washed it. The toilet wall was terrible + the sink didn't work properly and ............ what really shocked me the most, there were literally drops of urination on the toilet seat when i was about to go and do my business. The room, not thoroughly clean and swept. Lots of hairs and dust all over the floor and the bed.Lesson learned, always look for reviews before you booked any hotel.

Location wise very strategic, LRT station just stone-throw away. Staff were nice and friendly.

Hygiene of the room is below expectation. The chair in room were so dirty and you can see the dirt in the gap of the chair surface. The floor are dirty yet they didnt provide slippers, had to wear shoes even in the room. Amenities provided were not up to standard as well.

Nite staff talking too loud. Cannot sleep. But after given them advice it got okay.

Got Gintel Massage chair in the room!!!!! Like it 150%! And also just opposite Kelana Jaya LRT station. LRT which connect you to almost all POI in KL.

I don't like the pillow. It's a cheap RM8 pillow I think. Hahahaha...

The receptionist was very friendly and good

This hotel is beautiful from the receptionist to the room itself, the room itself is a non-smoking room, it comes with two towels and also have it's own soap dispenser. If the soap dispenser is not working, you can report the issue to the hotel receptionist at the ground floor. The room have Air conditioning and ours comes with a foot massagers which is an interesting addition. little machine that sits behind the mirror closet. The bed is extremely comfortable and also comes with a book reader. If there is rain outside at night, the sound of rain hitting the roof of the hotel makes the sleep even more enjoyable that you tend to loose track of time.

The clothes hanger in the toilet is way too high for short people. The hotel does not have a lift so if you lives on the top floor you will have some issue climbing up, If you wear a boots or safety shoes. they will make a lot of noise when climbing those stairs so recommended taking them off.

Staff were friendly. Free Wi-Fi and the speed is fast. Strategic location, 7-11 is only a few steps away from the building, and the LRT is just the opposite. Air-con is cold, water heater works fine.

Not all the rooms were clean. Stayed for 4 days in 4 different rooms, there were some hair on the floor and bed.Building isn't soundproof, you can even hear the other room's water pump when people are using their bathroom.
