The hotel should have : > mini fridge > kettle

A little bit noisy sometimes but OK la

cheap and clean room.

Lack of basic amenities e.g water heater to make hot drink or prepare instant noodle.

Convenient for eating n parking

Not sure whether other occupants or staff. They were talking very loud at hallway.. opened n closed the doors loud though after midnight

the room and all facillities are excellent! comfortable and the toilet is clean

maybe the hotal should provide iron board much easier than ironing on the bed

Reasonable price CleanSafeThey managed standard at their own class. It's very clean, safe and affordable. A lot of restaurants nearby & delivery food services also provided t that area.

Should put peep hole door viewer for safety reason.Maybe tea and coffee sachets should be provided.Telephone inside the room also need to be provided in case of emergency.Reserved parking for customers because we're not from that area, but luckily its Sunday and the coupon is not needed.

Spacious, clean, room design, and location

TV only have one channel, shower dont have water heater

Aircon in the room was leaking. My mattress was wet.

Have to go down to reception to get hot water. Hotel doesnt sell parking coupon despite not having free parking. The bed is hard.

The condition of the room so comfy

Should wash/change the comforter because it have a black spot on it

Room smell with cigg smoke (maybe from previous tenant). Even the bed sheet have burn marks from cigg.

Near to many food place, room overall was ok

The bed was probably old and can feel the spring already. I hope they would change it soon.

Security

In terms of security. Someone came knocking at our door at 2.30am for half an hour. Receptionist said someone request to send something to my room. They should hv contact my hp to verify b4 letting the person goes up

Staff are friendly, room is clean and the hotel has good a safety.

I displayed the clean room tag outside room door. But staff did not come for housekeeping. Hope staff actively concern with this as I stay for long days and room need to be clean especially to take the garbage inside room.

Still need improve

floor is full of dust, maybe just clean once a week. Bed sheet have some hair, obviously not changing bed sheet. Toilet is not clean too, washing basin have yellow stain.
