Weekwnd is too loudly music with party at hall near the hotel. Water not clean (yellow), heater not functional,.

Absalutely excellent but just a bit improvement for facilities inside toilet ( example : towel rack)

Wet floor inside toilet. Must provide more floor towel or floor mats to avoid any incident. Thanks.

Friendly staff and Free parking provided to guest. Clean and tidy.

No carpet and the floor is too cold. No face tissue and iron board provided in the room.

Location suited me.

Lot of noise at midnight. Not sure what is going outside. The room is quite dark, not enough lighting. Worse thing my credit card was charged two times, only realised when I checked my bank transaction record !!

The room was spacious and clean ..

I stayed in room 239 single bed .. Would be convenient if the room has aircond remote .. TV channel also bad actually not clear and lagging .. My mum stayed at room 233 and the tv inside that room was perfect.

Nothing Staff was rude No hot water for shower No Internet It was trash and terrible stay

Staff is very friendly and attentive. The room is very cosy, toilet also ok. Smart tv is very helpful to us (netflix, youtube etc). Water pressure all good. Overall, worth the price.

Aircond is basically out, but they do provide a fan to cover for it.

Location. Just because of location closest to the event that im going

The bed too firm, only 1 pillow per person, toilet door can't be locked, two shampoo zero shower gel, no toothbrush and others. I booked many rooms, 2 of the the rooms has aircorn inoperative and the staff cant do anything about it. Since there is no window, my guest had to sleep with door slightly open. This the worst experience so far.

Location

Almost everything. I booked 10 rooms, all my guest complained the same except 2 rooms with additional complain of aircond inoperative.

Location next to event hall

Almost everything. Be aware, toilet only has sliding door, cant be locked.Only 1 pillow per person.

Bad

Bathroom door can't close. Cockroaches inside bathroom. Put shower gel that people have used. The floor is not clean. Feel not comfortable to walk. Ceiling light without cover. I wont come again.....

Staff & room is nice

Toilet door is loose & need to but something to closed. Need to be repair

Not at all

Not good, supposed we check in at 3pm but we all have to wait until 530pm to check in because the hotel staff said the room still occupied because the customer extende check out time and we still have to check out at 12noon

Nil

The room is no WiFi and phone, you need go to lobby if you need a services. The Cups is not clean and the kettle is limited....

staff friendliness, big bed, aircon was strong and the big mirror

My bathroom light,tv and wifi all not working. They did not provide any soap or paper towel in toilet.
