The Well Hotel

I booked it online with the breakfast included but then receptionist says it’s not included it’s because we booked it online what a hick .

Clean room, very accommodating staff.

Small room, no pool, no fitness center

Cheap hotel that was adequate. If you're looking for an economical hotel, it will serve it's purpose.

Location, accessible.to public transport

Air-conditioning was not cool enough. We had to call to have the water going in our bathroom. The basement parking area was dirty & full of parked motorcycles which apparently were not owned by checked in guests. Lots of mosquitoes & bed bugs. I hardly slept.

The room was spacious enough and everything was clean. Location was nice and near good food.

Booking Grab seemed to be more difficult in the area compared with other parts of Cebu.

None , the location was not really great , we just stayed overnight .

Very minimal amenities , we have to move to another room at around midnight as there was No Hot water for shower , the heater broke and no one can fixed it We had to check out early the next day to catch a trip . So it was an inconvenience for us to be moving rooms

Did not like it at all . As the saying goes you pay what you get . Being a cheap hotel . The amenities was minimal . It was an overnight stay only

There was no hot water in the bathroom , we had to be move very late at night .

the blanket is very thin it is not the usual hotel type blanket that is thick and comfy, cr is dirty , the shower has stains , residue stains something like that

It is close to Pier 1 as we will be Travelling to Bohol very accessible location and close to the Santo.Niño Church.

There are lack of Paper Toilette, there is no reserve toiletries that we have to buy and provide for extra.

They don’t clean the room everyday , dirty and blurred window from outside need some renovation , old furniture.

I like how accommodating the staffs were. The room was spacious with clean sheets and blankets and a fluffy pillowsBathroom is also clean hot shower works! ?Everything is CLEAN LITERALLY CLEAN?

Close to the bus station and the port. Beds are fine. Good enough for a couple of days.

No hot water in the shower. The internet was unstable. Ants everywhere

-The location of the hotel is accessible to all sorts of carenderia, jeepneys and sari-sari store. I like my room because it has a nice front view.

I dont like their wifi because you have to log-in the password all the time. They are changing their passwords everyday and its a hassle.

Very dirty most especially shower area the shower head has a lot of molds and linens has stains

Staff were nice

The mold and the spider and web in the shower that I asked to be cleaned -but was not. Booked online hours before turning up -then told there was only single bed rooms left at 9pm.

Location id quite good accessible to transportation.

So, disgusting . I cannot imagine how they managed this kind of business. The ceiling of the shower has molds. The towels were dirty and torn , i don’t know if they were wash . The electric plastic water kettle cannot turn on unless to hold the on switch.The toilet rugs so dirty.Mo shampoo and liquid soap running out. The-room is good for 2 person, but the coffee is allotted only for one person.
