And that made my partner so traumatized with the room service man.. Its depriving our privacy and stay.. The man just said wrong room but he did opened it from the outside and before we sleep the door was lock. How come he manage to open it.. Is this how dangerous the accommodation in your company.

The staff are friendly and accommodating... The rooms are spacious. The balcony is a nice bonus... not many places in Cebu City have balconies.The general environment is very peaceful

The room was big and was comfortable for the price
The shower sucked. No hand held sprayer and water pressure so low it took forever to take a shower. Also I don’t like to use the key to keep the aircon on. It took long gone half tje night to cool the room. The sheet protector or bottom sheet appeared to have body stain on it. Checkin was friendly but slow

A VERY VERY POOR QUALITY HOTEL EXPERIENCE. ALTHOUGH RECENTLY REMODELED IT IS A POOR QUALITY HOTEL IN A GOOD AREA IF JY PLAZA IN CEBU CITY IS WHERE YOU WANT TO BE...THEY PROVIDE ONLY ONE THIN SHEET ON BED WITH NO BLANKETS AVAILABLE AND NO HOT WATER AT ALL.
THE SHOWERS ARE THE MOST SERIOUS JOKE I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY ARE NOT EVEN AS WIDE AS YOUR BODY. WHEN YOU STAND UNDER SHOWER, ONE SHOULDER WILL TOUCH THE WALL AND THE OTHER STICK OUT INTO THE ROOM CAUSING WATER TO RUN PAST CURTAIN FLOODING THE ROOM.
