Main Hotel and Suites Cebu

The free breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The tv was clear and had movie channels. The room overall was very nice.

The bathroom was a little dark. There was only one small light in the bathroom.

Location was good, breakfast was also good, but you should have served fish or seafood also instead of all meat.

Tissue in the bathroom was a left-behind of the previous occupant (like a quarter of a roll). I had to call Customer Service to request for additional tissue paper @ night. Its inconvenient.

2 towels were supplied for 2 people,they don't supply facecloths. hot and cold water were advertised but only lukewarm water at the sink and cold water at the shower. Breakfast buffet was mediocre , orange juice was fine.

Staff are very attentive and accommodating.

We prefer breakfast buffet not plated. Also there’s no available hair dryer in the room.

The staff are good and polite. Near to city centre , shop and mall.. The room is clean and service everyday.

Too far to main attraction like oslob. We booked 3 rooms, apparently you need to request for a kettle, cup and saucer, maybe complimentary coffee and tea. It is not present in the room when we arrive. No microwave but there is small fridge. No hair dryer, you need to ask them to provided it in your room. Not good if you arrive tired from long travel., I tought these stuff mention in hotel facilities is already present when you arrive.

The hotel was close to the facility we had to go too. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds

The bathroom and showers wood need some upgrading. The Ac was noisy and would be switch off by the staff so once we came back the room was hot.

Close to the main street and 2 malls where you can find everything, quiet, the staff is really friendly and talkative, our room was big and clean, you get free bottled water with the room and we also asked to use a kettle( there is no kettle or complimentary tea/coffee in the room but is almost like this everywhere) and we had breakfast included in the rate

Is not like i didn’t like it but as coming from Europe a little bigger variety of breakfast would be nice, at least some fruits…

Staff and location

No lights on our 1st night waited until 8 AM the next day when maintenance guy reported. TV was not working. Toilet got clogged.

Breakfast did not meet expectations. They are advertising with buffet for breakfast and that was what we paid for, but because there were less then 15 hotel guests they did not have buffet!

since they did not offer buffet for breakfast as advertised the price should have been much less.

Overall very nice and comfortable place to stay specially the staff are kind, and very accommodating.

The toiletries are not complete no dispossable toothbrush and slippers.

location is near my work so it is a good one for me. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good. Room rate is competitive.

The room I got from my last stay is just OK. though the Heater is not working properly and there is a leak in the faucet which makes the bathroom floor always wet, No available ref also. This may be isolated as the other rooms I have before is ok and with an available ref. I stayed for 7 days so if there is a ref, it will be much better.

Breakfast good, at the price didn’t expect free breakfast! The receptionist tried ordering grab for us and followed up, but no delivery was available due to heavy rain- she went out of her way and was very nice about it! I think her name is Kay.

The bathroom was a little dated but overall okay.

The staff was amiable and accommodating. All of our special requests were granted and were able to have free use of iron and other kitchen utensils. The food is tasty. We enjoyed eating at their restaurant.

The location is a bit far from the highway, need to book grab taxi before you can get to another location. Though the staff was helpful to get a taxi for us, but it took some time.The rest of our experience was superb!

everybody were accommodating. the lift is a big help too, as i was travelling with seniors.

they forgot to remove a used towel upon our check in but tjey compensated it with free use of iron. there was no hot water, unfortunately.

My family (including myself) enjoyed staying at your hotel every time we are in Cebu. Everyone is soo helpful. Relaxing stay.Thank you everyone specially Chad.

Spacious room

No water supply from 3pm til 9pm, receptionist no proper info given, and no remote control of ACU in my room.. I requested to transfer for a room with remote control but receptionist refuse it..
