Alicia Apartelle

Everything. What is playing, everybody professional room was great.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Good hot water in the shower. Staff were very friendly, and the restaurant had very good food and service.

Very safe and secure. Suite was complete in houseware. Spacious lobby and hallway.Room was decent and comfortable. Bathroom has shampoo and body wash dispenser.

The amenities, clean rooms, facilities, location, friendlly staff, close to all malls and city center, accessible to transpo, if you need to weigh your luggage they have huge weighing scale, s kitchenette with all the kotchenwares and appliances you need.

We stayed in room 516 but the AC was not working well but we have family members staying in 518 where the AC was very good. I asked front desk if they can provide an electric fan to help circulate the cool air, good thing they have one and were responsive with our request. Hope they can fix the AC.overall the experience was great and I always prefer and recommend Alicia Apartelle!

Everything in this place is perfect. We arrived at 11 am. Their staff checked us in even though the check in time is 3pm. The suite we were in was absolutely had the best view, overlooking the mountain and hotels in Lahug. The staff were very kind and accomodating with my large family guests. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Just the location. Too much traffic outside the hotel.

Good location.

I tried to message the staff. To ask about a late check out. Tried 3 times. Never heard back yes or no. So no contact. I only wanted to know

Roomy

Need papertowels and cleaning utensils to wash dishes. I replaced dead batteries on TV remote at my own expense. Need larger garbage can with plastic bags.

The staff were polite and helpful.

There is no dishwashing soap or sponge in the kitchen, so if you use the kitchenware you need to wait for the housekeeping to get your dishes cleaned. The pool area doesn't get much sun and it was quite chilly there.

I like the size of the rooms.

The units can be cleaned better. The toilet sink was dirty

i like the bedi like the room, i was clean also,

i don’t like that i cannot choose the room what i want, and i don’t like the smile the room,,,

The staff was really nice and helpful.Room was clean.

The hall and the room had quite an unpleasant smell, so some improvments could be made there.I used the self-service laundry and the washing machine had a mold in it.Also pictures of the restaurant are quite deceiving since is closed for a year.

I love our room. The AC is super cool. The atmosphere is serene. We were able to rest comfortably. The location has lots of restaurants if you want to go out. /the staff is accommodating. The doormen were courteous and polite,

I hope they will serve breakfast.

There's a kitchen, all of the workers are helpful and welcoming.

No hot shower

The room is spacious and clean. I like the appliances that are provided in the room.Location is good coz it is very near Gaisano mall. Security is also great.

I expected to have free coffee and the likes but otherwise everything is good.

If... Really need to say it, that would be the gym's opening hours!!!

Its a place asking for money on everything!!! ?Dont go their laundry room do the laundry, just send ur laundry to Wash n Dry! ( The price will be the same, but u dont need to do it by urself)

Clean, Quiet, Accessible.

Close to the mall, convenient public transportation.Like kids playing. Did hydroyoga, pool not crowded.

Shower stall needs thorough cleaning and disinfection e.g bleach. Breakfast could be better, variety and should include fruits.

The place itself is nice and comfortable. I have got what I paid for. The gym is Ok, the swimming pool is great. The room with the kitchen is also nice.

At breakfast the staff says what is available and what is not. I noticed others when they ordered their breakfast it wasn't available. Consider putting a board up on the wall for the guests what's available on that particular day so that they know as well.

Location very convenient…staff are very good…

Breakfast not much up to the standard…need few verity and choices…

Size and location

Dreadful food , and over the top signature required for just about everything , it never used to be this way ..
