Breakfast was okay for the value. We liked how it's up the hill and outside Cebu traffic.

There were no drying racks in the restroom. Some days housekeeping did not clean up our room.

Air conditioner wouldn't run for more than 5-10 mins, wasn't no shower mat or rug to stand on in bathroom, charged for a towel for it being used in bathroom floor

Rooftop pool

Room wasn't ready with no covers on pillowcases.No hangers to hang your clothes.TV screen was dusty and reception for Netflix and yiu tube was spotty. Worst of all was very poor soundproofing of the room with noises from cars,motorbikes,buses and people shouting very deafening and made it impossible for me to go to sleep.Definitely a restless night...

The price included the buffet for four. It's easily worth 2000 php if at outside restaurants. The room was as clean as new. TV in sala for kids and bedroom for parents. 2nd bedroom for kids. Cold water pitchers are free. Bring a fire stick or HDMI device gor bedroom tv or settle for YouTube.. All bathroom needs provide from tooth brushes to shampoo, body wash. Lotions. The pool at night is dreamy with trickling waterfall effect. The beds are soft and cuddly and four pillows!

Wifi very slow in bedroom . Saturday night a little street noise so not facing highway best. Thailand each floor has water dispenser and pitcher in room. Easier. Pitcher they send you won't fill two water bottles. We have own wifi on phones so speed of free internet was not important.

Not worth the money

When I got in, a foul smell welcomed me. It lingered in the kitchen and living room. To my surprise, the bedroom was reeking. Smelled like something burnt. I was sneezing so bad after a few hours. When I looked under the bed, I saw the floor had layers of dust. The parking lot had really tight spaces, making it difficult to maneuver a a compact SUV. I don't recommend this place.

Some of charges seemed excessive for cleaning and things of that nature I didn’t like that the promo rate at the hotel was less than the price on booking and they wouldn’t give me that rate.

The noise. They didn't soundproof the windows. The floor was mopped then just let dry.

The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and will extend their best to help you if you need anything. The room given to us was spacious, the breakfast is superb!! And the view! Breathtaking! Coz my room got a City View. Also one of the best things, is the infinity pool! I recommend this Hotel!! Worth every penny.

I like the staff, really friendly and very helpful especially the front desk.It's my first time in Cebu and they offered me tour packages that made me see the beauty of Cebu.The rooms is really spacious and the view of the pool is breath taking!Food from the restaurant was delicious.

Everything were good , they accommodate my family well even I am out of the country by booking online . I am grateful for the hospitality and my family were happy and enjoyed on the place .

Friendly staff, clean environment, location

Brand new building with very nice facilities. The customer service and friendliness was impeccable. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. The breakfast buffet is fresh and delicious. If we needed anything, the front desk answered all of our questions.

The street noise in the lower floors is very very loud. Not good for light sleepers.

The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was excellent.

I couldn't sleep because of the loud noise all night from the road, roasters, and dogs. I wore noise-cancelling headphones on the plane which blocked out the sounds from a jet engine, but couldn't block the loud noise from the rosters and dogs. There was a microwave oven but no electrical outlet to plug into. The water heater in the shower didn't work but was replaced. The shower wouldn't drain and flooded the bathroom. Maintenance came 3 times but only on the last day of my stay was the drain cleared. I signed up for a City tour at the hotel and paid the fee. But the hotel didn't contact a tour company but had one of their staff drive me around. The driver didn't know the area or much about each site we visited. So basically they lied and just collected the money and didn't provide a knowledgeable tour guide.

We like the staff’s friendliness and how they made us feel comfortable.

The room we stayed in has issue. The sewage system seems to be leaking and the smell reeked within the room. We tried to have it fixed but we eventually had to change room. Also the elevator has problem.

Breakfast is great and fulfilling. Request to please maintain the salad buffet. Location and staff are awesome.

Basically, organizing tbe setting of the unit is quite yet coping however understandable in getting there. Its a good soft start.

- Staff very friendly and professional- Room pretty big and the bed super comfy- Breakfast a la carte plus a small buffet and it was delicious- infinity pool at night with a beautiful view over Cebu, loved it

- this location is horrible, there is nothing around at all, you'll stuck there if you don't have a car or bike (took me and staff 30 min to get a taxi and no Grab was found via app)- the sofa was super dirty, don't know why they didn't clean or even replace it- Wi-Fi is the slowest I have seen in the PH yet should be improved ASAP

Staff in the hotel, bar and restaurant were great. Rooms were spacious.

Balcony doors are not soundproof - we could hear the traffic all night. Neither TV worked.The hotel is still under construction - the spa is not yet open (even though it says the contrary on booking.com). Hotel is far from city centre and very difficult to get a taxi /grab.
