Funky design. Large windowless modern design. Only 12 months old. Very good staff in reception and security dude! Cold drinks available in reception Room service is a bit exp. And only ok. Staff still need some training but are enthusiastic!

The old saying location location location! Can be difficult for non Grab services to find. Walk to roadside restaurants and 7/11 is long dusty and heavily trafficked. Doesn¿t feel very safe after dark. Roadway to lovely pension/ hotel is partly sealed.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. The room service was excellent because the food served and how fast it was served was very delicious and quick. The room was quite clean and for the price it is well worth it despite the awkward location.

Where do i even begin ?…1. Ants and cobwebs all over the room.2. They requested a deposit, which was NOT mentioned in booking. They thought it a good idea to hold my passport ransom till they got it.3. No windows, just a “balcony” with a wall as view.4. Neighbors decided to burn trash, which made the room and all our stuff stink. Shower also stinks of rotten egg for idk what reason.5. Breakfast, it’s a choice between pancakes OR, and Coffe OR juice, so not really “breakfast included” more like 2 pancakes and instant-coffee included.6. Aircon makes allot of noise.7. Not really a bed, Its a leather sofa mattress that they put bedsheets on. Its slips off instantly and you will be sleeping on leather. (Highly uncomfortable)

Very clean and brand new appearance. All food is room service only and very reasonable and the food was outstanding!

Room had a good air conditioner.

Staff unhelpful, incompetent, and unaccommodating.

Clean room and nice staff. However, the balcony was an open air half bedroom facing a wall.

Location and the fact that almosy every time I bought something the staff wanted 1k PHP for consumables which made my final bill very confusing.

It's absolutely wonderful. It felt clean and safe. I was very impressed the building. The room is spacious and clean. Everything felt like new. I can tell they maintain this property perfectly. Location is quiet because it's secluded which is a good and bad thing if it makes sense.

The location is secluded. Hard to get taxi and forget about hiring a grab because there is no grab around.
