Cons -
- Staff, specially in the dinning area. We were also told that transportation to airport was free but then I was told that weâ≢ll have to go with the scheduled trip for the plane staffs.
- Nothing really to complain about. Nice hotel and good deal for the price.
- Outdated a bit of the bathroom

Outdated a bit of the bathroom
Staff is great. Very welcoming luggage guy.
Rooms are amortized. Ants in the room. Bathrooms are not comfortable and very old style.
Hot water finally after 12 days in different locations with only cold water coming out of the hot taps. Staff were excellent.
Wifi was poor as my room was right down the end of the hotel
the staff was good and polite,,
the food not so nice the buffet like not breakfast
Staff, Room, Breakfast, Amenities were all fantastic, especially for the price. Very very happy and would recommend to anyone, especially if you have children.
Wifi in the room was inconsistent, some places in the room did not receive any signal.
The location is good
The toilet rooms its not clean and There's only one toilet paper..
Very old and very disappointing
Breakfast is very poor, only soup or porridge and rice. Dessert is also only 2 types. Not suitable for 4-star hotel quality
Well lit room with a nice virw to the city, best location from/to airport,
Was attending event on site.
Dirty, stairway had not been swept or cleaned in a while.Check in very inefficient, clerk left several times to attend to other customers, they should have had a second clerk on duty. Especially with a line of people checking in.
All you need for only a day, we moved from Bohol and we were expecting to catch a early flight the day after, a spacious room, swimming pool, a restaurant.....Breakfast was good
All basic, nothing sparkling, hotel needs a refresh, a bit of refurbishment. Pool and room outdated, restaurant, for dinner, decent, with limited option.
Food was basic selection but tasty. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Safety deposit box faulty, wasn't secure either affectively demonstrated by swapping safe for a working one from another room. The hotel was rather dated, run down and not very clean.
