Goldberry Suites & Hotel Mactan

Booked for 5 days only stayed 3 I've been at this hotel 3 times 2 out of the 3 has been horrible you get a room you bake in the ac has issues also I pay good money for my stay.... then they give me the smallest room at the hotel. Will not be back

Restaurant downstairs The Rabbit Hole was very good. Free breakfast good. Lunch and Dinner also very good. Staff was great Hotel employees was very good. Hotel needs updating but clean and comfortable for price.

The breakfast zone was so dirty, it wasn’t comfortable to eat there. Breakfast options were also limited.

I like the place I just don’t like the location coz it’s on the highway and very noisy even if we stayed up at the 4th floor

Breakfast was excellent, convenient airport shuttle and nice staff.

No handtowels in the bathroom.

The staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. The mattresses were like sleeping on a cloud. It was totally worth it to get the upgraded breakfast. Having room service was even better because then going out and eating wasn't a necessity. The staff also helped with getting clothes washed across the street and so much more. I would definitely come back here again. Especially with the close proximity to the airport.

My only minor complaint was the rusty fixtures in the bathroom. It made me question why such a nice room had corrosion on the fixtures. A minor inconvenience really. Also the last day they had paused the elevator right around breakfast time. Also, we had the fillet mignon from the restaurant, but it wasn't that tender. Just curious if that was actually the right cut.

It was just a little noisy considering we were next to the street but over-all our stay was excellent.

The AC. It was almost not blowing any air. Did not have time to complain about it at the front desk as I was already tired from my 20+ hours flight. Plus this has been a long time issue as per previous guests reviews so maybe it is time to replace those ACs.

The staff are pleasant and kind. Bed is wide and comfortable, buffet breakfast was abundant too. We were from Luzon island and are not familiar how public transpo works in Cebu but JereMe and one of the security personnels help us ride a multicab. It was unexpected yet very helpful. Goldberry's staffs' are gems of the hotel!

I think some rooms need renovation. We checked into 3 rooms and we can tell that there are wear and tear that needs repair. Nevertheless, we had a great stay!

The place was clean and they have a very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was very spacious and was able to open my luggages without taking up much space.
