Security on the property could be improve by incorporating the key card access to the elevator and stairwell door.

Overall, a great place to stay. As clean as it gets. Staff was super welcoming from the security to front desk, especially when I checked in after midnight. The room was huge and bed was comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby. Aircon worked great. Nice blackout shades. Bathroom was western style nice.

1. Noise :( This isn’t the hotel’s fault but from 4am-5:30am there was insanely loud music/video audio coming from outside. I’m a heavy sleeper so it was okay for me but if you are a light or normal sleeper, you would definitely be awake that whole time. My room was near the elevator on 3rd floor so maybe avoid that area… not sure if all rooms were as loud. 2. Shower only had room temperature / slightly warm water. For the price, the water should be hot.

It was very clean and modern

This isnt really the property’s problem but the room beside us were f*!#ing at like 5am and you could hear the moaning and screaming through the walls. I think the overnight staff on the premise should have knocked on the door as this isnt a love hotel and they are bothering the neighbours surrounding them such as my family. I ended up kicking the wall really hard and they stopped.

Location was central, it was clean and spacious.

The bathroom and air conditioner smelled weird.

We had a wonderful stay! Our special request to have the rooms close to each other was kindly granted, which we truly appreciated. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The location is excellent very close to Fuente Circle with plenty of street food stalls, and just a short walk to the supermarket and Robinsons Mall. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Under the property there is many coffee shops

The receptionist lady was unfriendly and serious and StrictI didn’t feel Greeting . I will nevercome back againNo water service in room There is only 1 elevator and I wait long time for it

There is no room service for food. Though location is near restaurants, sometimes guests like us who are tired don't want to go outside anymore. Maybe having a kitchen is good enough.

The location of hotel is accessible to our basic needs; store such as supermarkets, fast food chains, it is along the road and easy for taxi ride etc . we appreciated the extra mile service extended to us for accommodating our luggage in their holding area before our check in and beyond our check out time . The room is very spacious for my family exceptionally neat and in order. staff were friendly . we had a great stay

Location is good. Room is spacious, beddings are clean with soft fluffy pillows. The reception area is wide, well-lit and welcoming. Kudos to the security staff who made sure we were safe while waiting in front of the property for our ride to the airport.

Lack of mirror in the room especially for ladies who need a mirror with good lighting for prepping up. ?

I really loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the location. It was very close to a lot of food and coffee shops. It was less than 10 mins away from the mall. Each evening, I received letter from the hotel warning me of construction nearby and potential noise. The letter was very nice and I liked the fact that the staff made everyone aware. Thankfully, I didn't experience hearing any noise during my stay.

Easy access to everything. If you need a last minute grocery there’s a grocery store nearby located at Robinson’s Place. Starbucks is at the ground level of the bldg as well as a local favorite pan de manila which serves local pinoy bread pandesal and other filipino breads and pastries. Easy access to food and restaurants as well as public transportation.

The bathroom needs improvement. Its spacious and theres hot shower. But the floor gets wet so easily and it takes time to dry. Maybe provide enough rugs for the bathroom.

Clean, spacious and great central location

Room was near lobby and was very loud may have to invest in soundproofing

Room: spacious and offered complete with amenities, clean, air conditioner with remote control. Unfortunately, however, the air conditioner was very noisy, the room poorly insulated from noise and every now and then for no reason an alarm would sound for a few seconds ( 3/4 times a night ).
