A/C was window type and it's kinda making some noise. Slow internet.

The front desk was quite helpful in getting us a tour.

Not that we watched much tv, but when we did we found there was no available cable. We could stream.

We booked Cebu Quincentennial for our last 2 nights in Philippines after returning from Boracay. We checked out for our 1.30am flight to SG which was cancelled last min after we reached the airport due to the volcanic eruption and rescheduled for 6.30pm the next day. We called the hotel and asked if we could come back and not only did they happily agree to give us the same room but also let us check out late. What a blessing of a staff, we cannot thank them enough. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was superb and the hotel was walking distance from Ayala center mall. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel had a nice location. It is just right beside Landers. It's also near VFS and is located centrally. Breakfast was good. I just like the location of this hotel. Its a good value for money for the stay

I think they don't have air conditioning in the hallway of the hotel and it's not that ventilated. But it was ok, I didn't stay much in the hallway anyway.

Good location with clean rooms. Toilet, shower, bed, tv - everything is fine. Iron can be barrowed from the reception. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking lot in the basement with service minded parking guard. The staff is in general service minded. Toilet paper, schampoo and water needs to be refilled every day (included of course). The location thirty meters from well sorted grocery Landers is a plus.

The aircon (AC) works well and nothing to complain about that - except of the noise and its location very close to the bed. If you want to have comfortable temperature in the room you need to have the aircon on and that means you have to live with the noise all night long. The good thing is that you get used to it..

Just walking distance from the event. The receptionists are exceptional.

Still need to request for hair dryer and iron. We paid for extra person but the housekeeping gave us only 2 towels when we requested to clean the room. No water refill unless you requested it.

Very clean rooms, well equipped, everything functioning properly

Clean and spacious. Near ayala mall and staff are accommodating.

Front desk and room service staff were very responsive, polite and efficient.Restaurant service was very good.I have stayed at this hotel before and the high standards have been maintained.Location is excellent for shopping and eating.

Some of the bathroom fittings were a bit loose and require some maintenance.

Nice stay. Staff was nice. Beds were comfy. We booked the breakfast buffet, which had a nice mix of fruits, vegetables, eggs, waffles, pancakes etc. Good shower!Don't be scared by all the bibles.

We didn't really see the neighbourhood because we arrived late and needed to leave early, but probably didn't get high expectations of what we saw.

Almost everything.Not liked hot dormitories (no AC) and the location and sound from the AC inside the room (noisy and close to bed).

Team is charming and very helpful. Room is nice and clean, price is fine, location is great.

Big clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Centrally located and near local eateries open late. About 30 min from airport with no traffic. Has working safe. Security guards. And 24 hour lobby service. Restaurant where I enjoyed delicious breakfast.

Very friendly welcoming staff, great WiFi and location. Breakfast also excellent.

On of the best experiences I have had in any hotel. Stuff is super super nice. Best packed breakfast I have ever had. Nice location.

Only thing I didn't like was pillows. Too big for me.
