Breakfast's delicious. Staff are are courteuos and helpful.

Strong chemical odor in the room and fifth floor hallway. Not sure if it's the cleaning agents...combination of bleach and other chemical. We were hesitant to request for a different room because they might give us a lesser desirable room. Very poor WiFi.

The employees are very friendly. The ambience is comfortable. I feel enabled to complete my plans when I stay there.

The noise next door or rather behind the hotel is disturbing.

Most of the time I usually go to Hotel Elizabeth for my travel , except this time I asked the Receptionist that I wanted to extend my stay for one more day, and she told me to go on line to make the reservation. I was okay with it, but when I tried to go on line I was having problems connecting . So I called the front desk to tell them that there’s no internet connection. Send someone to check it out and find out what’s the problem and he’ll let me know, but he never came back to tell me of what’s happening. So I decided to check out and very disappointed. Hotel Elizabeth used to be excellent except that day when I was trying to extend my stay.

The three bed suite

TV screen was defective, telephone didn’t work and the tiles in the bathroom were cracked and loose. You advertised that water would be provided but there was no water in the rooms.

They no longer give free bottles of water now they just give filter water. Before they gave free bar soap now just liquid pump.

The staff was nice and everything was generally fine. I made a last second booking, and they made sure the room was cleaned at my arrival, trying to accommodate me quickly during late hours.

Smelt a little musty. And I noticed a bug inside the bathroom. Was just 1, so I ignored it. Can't stop nature. But overall, it's a good option if you're looking to stay in the area.

poor wifi specially at 5th floor, the fridge in the room not spend, the toilet water house is in the left side and most of people are right handed, the pressure of the house is high and you cant reduce the pressure because technician has removed the knob !! , tv is very small and old made not clear plasma, restaurant and kitchen closes early and there are no room orders after 9 p.m, there is no spa room , only room service.

The staff were nice and friendly. The hotel is in a great location walking distance to Ayala Business Park and the malls. Decent lobby.

1) Room smelled bad, lobby and elevator smells of cigarettes 2) NO PARKING available, was told I have to find parking elsewhere eventhough I had already booked my stay ahead of time.3) Breakfast was really bad. Probably worst variety breakfast my kids and I ever experienced in a hotel.4) Wifi connection was really bad. Maybe it was because there was a typhoon but the entire stay, the internet was just bad.

The bidet in our room 714 is such a pain in the ass-literally?The sound of the aircon is annoying.The chair is so low, I need to put 2 pillows if I want to do my make up or if I have something to do in my laptop. I'm 5'3 btw.

Location is near Ayala Center Cebu just around 3-5 minutes walk.Breakfast was wonderful. I did not expect that they have an omelette and pancake station. Many choices as well like salads, breads, cereals, they even have yogurt and hot chocolate.Room was big, but I feel like the air conditioner is too slow in make the room cold. Check in and Check out was fast as well.

Friendly helpful staff, great location, nice large room. Good facilities. Comfortable stay. Very good breakfast buffet. easy access to all central Cebu malls and restaurants. Walking distance to Ayala is a huge plus.

Wi Fi connection is OK but unstable and spotty, some times it would just drop. The shower head in my room 703 was just awful. It sprayed wafter all over the bathroom making it so hard to use. Wish they would pay attention to small details like that.

It's in the heart of Cebu and they are very formal and good hospitality I would recommend others to this spot it's near all the attractions spots in Cebu I'll rebook here again soon

I like the food and drinks and the location

The location is excellent. 5 mins walk to Ayala and Starbucks. Centrally located so easy to get around Cebu. The room was spacious with a view and King-size bed. The staff were great. We arrived early and the concierge checked if the room was clean and since it was not, offered to hold our luggage and promised to text us while we were walking around Ayala. She texted as soon as the room was available. Checkout was easy. It took less than 10 mins for them to check the room and clear us for departure.

There was an overwhelming smell of mold/fungus in the hallway and in our room. The room was extremely humid and unless the window was open, seemed to collect a lot of dampness. All of our clothes were damp during our two-day stay. The mold is probably due to the carpeting which covers the room and hallway. Also, the room had not been cleaned properly. We found chips under a tray and the carpet was dirty and had not been vacuumed properly.
