Crown Regency Hotel & Towers

Location

Only 2 old bath towels provided, no hot water, no shower curtain, the floors are dirty.

Restroom is flooding evertime taking shower! No rugs/towels on the floor! Needed to request for it! Floor is dusty, needed to request for a clean-up! So disappointing!

THE MANAGER AND STAFF WERE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. THE SAYING "SERVICE WITH A SMILE" IS A BIG PLUS, ESPECIALLY SINCE I WAS IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY AND THE STAFF WAS VERY AWARE OF MY NEWNESS TO THE AREA.

I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS CONCERNING MY ATAY AT CROWN REGENCY TOWERS. THE BUSINESS CENTER WAS A DEFINITE PLUS WITH THIER HELP.

The staff was great!

Suntan by pool and a helmet from zip line on 28 th floor fell and was near miss to me, if it had hit my head would have cracked my skull open, and would have kill a smaller child, when I told them they said a manager would call my room, they did no care!

Staff were nice and the location was superb because it was near everything!

The airconditioning was soooo bad! My baby was sweating while sleeping even with the airconditioner on its coldest setting! Even the lobby was so warm, it felt like there was no aircondition at all!

The staff are really friendly.... Other than that, everything else was poor.

The room we first got had ROACHES!!!. They moved us to a different room that was very spacious but the air conditioning was not working well. They finally move us to a similar room, which was cooler but not cool enough.

Location is ok, It's got a lot of nice things like a pool and entertainment.

access to room sucked,elevator to 9th floor, walk up to 10th floor and across sky bridge,down 20 stairs to 9th floor on 2nd tower.Hard for a disabled vet. 1st room was down to 8th floor and a non working TV.Door access deactivated prior to check out.

Wonderful staff. Polite, courteous. Beautiful hotel with great activities for young people - zip line, etc.

Airport shuttle. There was no shuttle from the airport . I did send an email of my arrival time but they claimed they didn't get it. For the return to the airport, they were charging 3 times the regular taxi rate.

Honestly, very few positive aspects about this hotel. Location is good and their WiFi works. That's about all I can say.

Hotel did not meet basic cleanliness. Lobby and corridors included trash, dead cockroaches and dirty surfaces. Hotel room had soiled sheets, black mold in bathroom, damaged/broken/stained furniture. Pool was also drained and unusable.

Aircon in the upper level cannot be adjusted to my specific temperature , no internet & no hot water in the shower.

I enjoyed everything about the hotel the location the room was great the service was prompt all around good hotel I will use it again when I come back to Cebu City

It was tall, you had a great view of the city at the top

Rooms were horrible. I was finally ok after in my 3rd room. first two smelled badly. furnishings are completely outdated. there was mold in the shower/tub, the shower curtain was severely stained. food was mediocre. AC failed twice. elevators like ovens

Very very very noisy . They have their own party music on the first floor so very loud the to heard it even when I was up on the 22nd floor. They made ground floor as disco club area in an open wide public area .

Location

Front office staff needs training. I checked in at 2pm but was made to wait for my room because it was not ready for occupancy. Had to wait an hour and a half before I was given my key cards. Did not apologize for the delay or offered service recovery.

On this visit I arrived at 1:30 AM to check in. Everything was ready to go so I could get some sleep.

It's close to everything you need.

This time around there was nothing notable that comes to mind.

It is close to everything that is essential for maintaining a home away from home.

I could do without the split level elevator. But I think they are a requirement in taller buildings if you want the view.

Perfect location for the Sinulog Grand Mardi Gras.

I was surprised to receive a message from the property advising that my non-refundable reservation would be cancelled because of a three-night minimum stay requirement that was not disclosed prior to booking.
