What I liked is only the location.

The WiFi is very slow and the TV is no signal at all.The toilet is unclean and the floors.Cleanliness is very important.

Excellent location less than 5 minutes on foot from Business park. Hot and cold drinking water available, great selection of tv channels, polite and professional reception staff. Awesome terrace for having a light meal. Room service available during the day. In general good transportation and tons of restaurants ond shops around.

Wi-Fi signal often too weak. No view at all. Once the curtain was opened other rooms could look into the room. The noise from the road could be heard and there is construction ongoing.

GREAT SELECTION OF MOVIE CHANNELS ON THE TV.THE DINING AREA ON THE ROOF, IT WAS LOVELY TO SIT UP THERE WITH THE BREEZE.

MOST MEALS PROVIDED BY THE HOTEL WERE UNAVAILABLE TO ORDER.

The place is close to a mall, fast food chains and transportation is not a problem.

Very nice hotel...Staff are very accomodating...If you want to explore cebu city and do mountainside tour choose this place...very accessible...and its near bus terminal and malls...

We like the location very much, very quiet and also the breakfast they add vegetables on the menu and also so very affordable.

When I went to extend they wanted to charge an extra 300p because it wasn’t through booking.com but I booked hotel 100 mts down the road for the same original price.

The room I stayed in needs some repainting. There's gaps around the aircon that small insects can pass through. Bed foam was extremely uncomfortable, very hard, it's like sleeping on the floor. Second barrel lock isn't working properly well. No bidet and no exhaust fan, only a window that can't be closed or opened widely. Door knob lock of the comfort room doesn't work. Can't connect to the free Wi-Fi, it keeps on saying "wrong credentials" or "wrong password". The room I stayed in is totally different than what I saw from the booking.com site, false advertising. As for the keycard, your rules isn't consistent, one staff says I must surrender the keycard when leaving the premises, other staff says I can bring the keycard, so confusing. As for the others, If you're looking for a budget room, there are other options around the area that is way much better.

Budget friendly hotel, near Ayala Center walking distance

No Bidet.Need to brush the tiles in the bathroom.Simple retouch repaint the room.

Drink a lot before you go and smell the cr and bathroom.

No breakfast for online booking. CR and the bathroom stinks and is not clean. There is a lot of noise from the streets. Old aircon. CR and bathroom need big cleaning, shower was old and no pressure.

It has a good location and it was clean.

The only thing i didnt like is that they dont allow early check.in or extended check.out.. but im.grateful they did some adjustments in their regulations so we can meet halfway in a win-win solution..

Make sure the elevator is working because if you booked at the 5th floor, its not convenient to go up and down with handcarry, luggages and other things. Everything is good except for the experience with your elevator.

Enough room size

The elevator was not working and we were located in the 5th floor,we had to use the stairs. The sheets do not smell right.

It's a shame that the elevator isn't working but that's fine. You won't have problems in lifting your baggage anyway since they'll help you with that Didn't ask if it broke down or what maybe they'll fix it soon. :> you just gotta ask

The Smell of The room was Unpleasant, There is no Extra Dipper use in CR
