The staff he are amazing and professional

The gym was closed and they?re doing upgrades that are needed but inconvenient at times.

The hotel was clean, staff were very helpful and attentive to the guest¿s needs.

The road noise that can be heard from the room.

I love this hotel not only for convenience but for the shuttle pick-up; the buffet breakfast; the very professional and courteous staff. The latter includes the airport greeter, shuttle driver, cleaning staff, maintenance staff and front desk staff.

I was concerned that one of the windows in my room was broken and held closed by a padlock that was still loose. Maintenance did take care of it.

Location, Very close to the airport plus the shuttle is free as well as the breakfast buffet you can’t beat that.

The bathroom sink was clogged

The distance from this hotel to the airport is excellent plus the free shuttle pick up and drop off, But the breakfast buffet is so so . The staff are very nice but there was a confusion when i checked in and i’m Not sure where was the problem came from

They can improve their breakfast menu more choices and more selection and for those online booking i wish they could improve that too because it seems like they are not at same page , In my experience there’s a lot of confusion .

Buffet breakfast

I booked the room in my girlfriend name because my flight arrive late and they would not allow her to stay in the room until I arrived to pay for the room. She traveled 3 hours to meet me and she had no place to rest and put her bags.

location was excellent, staff was so accomodating, from airport i called and they sent a nice van and breakfast was good. i will go back again if i find myself here again. thanks.

The location is a short 2.5 kilometers from the airport, which was perfect! I enjoyed the breakfast/brunch buffet included with the room because it was my last Filipino meal before I went back to the states.

I like the fact that you get a free breakfast every morning and the price is very reasonable.

Some amenities in the room are not available; I expected to have an Iron board and iron in the room specially this stay is my mom's 60th Birthday and celebrate it on your Ballroom. It was difficult to find laundry shop nearby the Hotel. when i request for a laundry to the reception the agent said they don't provide iron board/Iron in the Hotel, i was a bit shocked and quite why the hotel doesn't provide this simple Request. I would suggest to provide in the room. That's all my issue.

Near to airport and free airport pickup and drop

The washroom is kinda old and has slippery floor. I slipped in their washroom bcoz the floor is not good quality.

All staff are friendly and helpfull

Some toilet room is not in a proper and lekking..Internet connection so slow and sometimes connection on and off.

Breakfast was a 10. Service was a 10. Awesome location and amenities great. Bank and money changer within 5 min walk

Poor money exchange rate

Very convenient place, clean, location near the airport, and breakfast is awesome! This hotel has superb customer service, they were able to checked-in me at early morning during my international arrival which is helpful for my rest.

Nothing obvious but could be better if they’re able to accommodate a fitness area. They have area at the 5th floor which I think could be the spot for it.

The staff is Amazing! I've stayed there a few times. It's close to the Airport and Free Shuttle. Love the Pool Top! The price is fair. The rooms are comfortable but could be updated. Updated the rooms. The sink faucet was loose. Couldn't get the TV to work right but the staff was there to help. Also wifi needs to be Faster.

The staff are so kind, helpful and responded well and quickly to my online queries. The location is good too! The airport -hotel-airport transfer is a plus!

Affordability, Location and airport shuttle. Good breakfast. Good sized room for 3 adults.

The room that we were in, probably would need to have more AC. Also, the TV remote was not properly functioning and was hard to navigate the programs. We just turned it off.
