- Special mention all bell boys , all staffs waiters and waitresses at the la Terraza and cafe Bongainvillas were fantastic and excellence in their services as well the cleaners who attended my room during my stays at Montebello Hotel

Great... my family stayed there and loved it
It is a nice place to stay
I like the staff and the ambience of the hotel. Just dined at one of their restaurants and the food was great.
Since it's an older hotel, i can hear all the noise in the room. I'm a light sleeper and hearing even just the footsteps in the corridor keeps me awake.
Breakfast was scheduled to start at 6 AM. Staff did not keep going until 630. Food was served cold.
Young ladies at front desk were polite. Older lady was rude. The toilet in the bathroom was made for a very short person.

On Saturday and Sunday there were loud private events in the glasshouse outside until 10 p.m. our room was right above it and it was hard to relax or even to watch a TV meanwhile.

Wonderful Bell-hop "Ryan" noticed I was limping and got us an upgrade to a 1st floor room. The grounds and pool are lovely - if trash was picked up.
Trash around Cabanas was not picked up despite several staff standing around. No chalk for pool cues. Coffee was late 1st morning and "instant"rather than brewed. Most mornings coffee was weak.
