Comfy bed, Size of Hotel and room, location

No cleaning at all in 4 days, breakfast was tiny, Aircon was hard to manage, bathroom is very tiny

Nothing. All was disaster.

The room that we had smells like a newly paint, we dont have a complimentary water it was empty when we came in I already inform the staff regarding this but no actions taken. Their towel was like a rug it was supposed to be white but it turns out its almost brown. The additional tissue needs to be paid but gives you just a little. They only have a cash options for the deposit. The staff get my ID and forget to return it to me but nobody called me to inform that it was on their possession. I am the one who call them just to ask them if it is there. This is the worst hotel i ever book under booking.com.

Breakfast is okay. Nothing fancy. Good food.

Toilet sink not draining immediately.

Best budget hotel I have stayed in in over 18 years . through south east Asia....

Nice and very clean room and the breakfast was adequate and portions were enough.

The location is the biggest thing, it is near 2 well known private hospitals and 1 government hospitals. Numerous food places to choose to.

The staff are unwelcoming and the café is slightly tight.

Having two entrance cards to your room would be nice to use one card to keep AC On. Being gone for several hours and then have to wait for the room to cool down wasn't comfortable. I also didn't like the idea of bothering the front service desk to let me in my room.

Unfortunately, the room had a bed bug issue. I experienced several bites during my stay, which made it very uncomfortable.

I wish there was a way that the water in the shower can be adjusted to any temperature we like.

I paid less in booking.com so it was really a good value. My stay was comfortable but most importantly it's very close to Fuente Osmena circle.

- Convenience of location to key establishments (i.e. walking distance so you wouldn't be subjected to traffic.- All day breakfast was really appreciated since we couldn't avail of an early AM breakfast during our executive health exam at chonghua.- Good internet - Option for late check-out at reasonable fee

- No mobile signal in our 2nd floor room.- No socket near the desk where I could charge my laptop while working.- Only 1 room key provided for 2 occupants. One time my husband and I had to leave separately, I had to ask the front desk to open the door for me while my husband was still out.

The room was huge but it was very dark. It only had pinlights and the lights by the bed, nothing else. You should definitely improve this. We had to use our phones' flashlights when eating at night.
