Pros +
- The location is a block to two blocks from IT PARK and bus terminal. Hotel is good value for the money and location. The room is good, not great, and not bad just a very good room.
- Hotel close to IT Park.Rooms very clean.Helpful staff.
- The room was big enough. They did give me free water bottles. The breakfast was just ok. Shower was not hot, just tepid (this is on purpose).
Cons -
- Internet access, an hour at a time, just seems a little strange in todays worldLimited breakfast choice
- Location is bad - surrounded by mud. Build quality of the building is poor. No laundry facilities.
- In our initial room, the shower heater wasn't functioning, prompting the staff to relocate us to another room. Although the shower heater in the new room was operational, the lock on the comfort room door was broken. And room slippers were unavailable, and there was no iron for our clothes.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. As soon as you step out of the hotel, there are already many convenient stores and malls.

bedroom clean and staff friendly
no hot water in one of our room
The receptionists was so kind and helpful.
The air conditioner couldn’t work properly. In addition, around of hotel was not safe and noisy.
Staff were chill people.
The WIFI is absolute Dogs***, room could have been cleaner, and the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. Other hotels in the area in a similar price range are just overall better.
The property is very clean and near to a mall and other food establishments. An atm machine is just at the entrance of the property.
The price was quite pricey for a small room with no layered curtains.
The staff are all well trained, courteous and helpful. Lee from the front desk delivered excellent customer service. Breakfast was great, the restaurant staff were all superb. Location is very ideal and accessible.
