Travelbee Business Inn

The locations is good. And they have a parking area.

You’ll notice the room is old and no longer that spotless clean but of course you cant expect much because the room rate is cheap.

Friendly staff, good price

Poor location

The location wasn’t ideal the road is busy and not walkable so we had to get taxi everywhere. The road was still loud at night and we could hear serval police cars running through the night. The bathroom also didn’t have a pleasant smell. The room is quite run down but is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The staff are so friendly and welcoming which made our experience.

The ambience was good. The staff are so accommodating and friendly.

They weren't able to check first if the amenities like shampoo/soap are filled.

Staff were friendly and helpful

Aircon Noisy/ Not working well. Bed too soft. Breakfast was very poor

Staff friendly and helpful

Aircon Noisy, Bed too soft. Breakfast poor

Location wasn’t too bad. Sheryl, one of the staff, was amazing. She helped sort a few things like room issues, taxis and other admin

My room had not been cleaned when I arrived. My sheets were filthy. The toilet flush did not work properly and the bathroom had a weird smell. One of the bedside lamps was missing entirely. The room did not have proper curtains so nothing to stop the light. In general I would say the room was dated and in poor condition.

Its aGood location

The Toilet are not working it wont flush they did something to make it work but its still the same, the bed sheets was stinky.

staff are kind but I can't understand them sometimes cause they answer in their local dialect, but they are friendly

bathroom, the toilet doesn't flush well, there is flooding in both rooms we booked and they don't provide enough rags, very unpleasant, no hot shower,

The location is great. The hotel is clean and the staff are accommodating and pleasant.

The toilet flush not working well. The pillows are too soft but good thing they gave us another 2 sets.

Excellent stay.

Please change the lights in the room. The bulb used is too dim. I hope the management considers placing two lights in the room: one light bulb (30Watts) for area where the bed is placed and another light bulb (30 Watts) for the area where the cabinet is placed.

Good staff. Free water, warm and cold.

Water from showerhead too strong and too little.

Breakfast walking distance to what I needed Fair price .

Tv didn't work

Very attentive staff, central location - walkable to many places, good quality breakfasts.

Shower was inconsistent, but water was always warm if not hot. TV didn't work (but no big deal for me).

Not somewhere I would stay again.

there was no refrigerator, the water in the shower was cold, there was a terrible smell in the room & when I asked for some air freshener, none was supplied, the elevator was broken for a time & had to go to the 4th floor by stairs, the breakfasts were very small & not very appetizing, there was only coffee available at breakfast no tea.

room clean but small and basic. staff were very welcoming and friendly. we had a very late check in which was absolutely fine.

directions to the property could do with being more accurate.

Cheap, you get what you paid for.. I only stayed one night and it was Ok.

Old rooms..

Affordable

A bit too far from the main road. Toilet flush not working. Noisy aircon

Pleasant

Strange breakfast - rise with strange smelling eggs. Room wasn't clean and I had the impression that linen was used. We had also an issue with toilete - flush wasn't working.

We felt discriminated and judged.

Cleanliness specially in bathroom needs to address. Complimentary Breakfast was so disappointing. My wife ask a guy staff in the bar counter if they serve any other eggs other than a CHILLED boiled egg that is clearly a left over. He just simply answer NO. Then after 3 minutes they serve a freshly cooked scrambled egg to a foreign guy on the other table. I ask the waiter why, he couldn’t find a straight answer. the only thing he clearly said is it’s because the foreign guy paid for it. What about us? We are also willing to pay if he said so. The worst part is he didn’t even bother ask for apology.
