I like the room because it was very clean and comfortable plus we were at the 8th floor which was advantage because we're able to see the view of the city

When we arrive my husband wanted to get some shower but unfortunately there was no water but glad that the staff brought us pales of water to use

Just the cold aircon.. the room was fairly spacious but not sure if all rooms are..

1. No refrigerator2. Only one keycard.. difficult if only one person goes down to get something.. always need help from a staff to tap a card for the elevator to go up3. Shower is fixed.. it has no hose for easy washing4. very slow wifi5. Only one pillow per person.. and the pillow flattens like a paper when you lie on it.. cant sleep comfortably6. No water heater.. you still need to ask for it7. Food from the Cafe is not worth it.. bacon was cold and very chewy.. the spam was okay.. the ice tea was not good.. staff is not approachable..

The hotel room is spacious but theres no refrigerator and no daily refill of bottled water. They have a dispenser on the hallway but no hot or cold. Theyre kind enough to lend us an iron and ironing board

It’s walking distance to 2 big hospitals in Cebu City. Restaurants are also nearby. Quiet location

The property is closer to the nearby groceries and some restaurant. Rooms are quite big.

Bathroom needs some progress especially on cleaning and draining water. The sink has no cover in the bottom. Also, there’s no microwave and smallFridge. It could have been a perfect hotel.

Spacious room. Bathroom was nice. Refillable water available. One of the best small hotels in Cebu.

TV only had local channels. Intermittent internet connection. Construction nearby.

I booked one bed but when i got to the hotel they said that the available room was only twin bed .

The room is simple and its so spacious and clean.

The breakfast diner was not part of the hotel good news.

they lied about the size of the room, we booked a deluxe double and could barely fit in the room, they stated clearly on the website that the shuttle service was free, but you had to pay 1500 pesos the local cab was 350. the staff was rude and abusive and that is the good news. notably I did not want to write this revue until after I had left the Philippines, just did not feel safe calling out thieves while in country.

one specific front desk personnel, amongst all the front desk personnel this specific person ask me twice if im a gust or visitor when ever i arrive at the lobby, like seriously? I dont know if its part of you SOP calling out guest if he or she is a guest or visitor. I find it uncomfortable and annoying. your guard is kind and welcoming.

Big room, nice and clean

They dont have fridge ,no youtubes ,, first time to stay in a hotel without fridge ,,,
