Beautiful 2br/2bth room for family

Sofa was modern but super uncomfortable. Room should have twin beds and one king bed on the main one

The gorgeous views! Modern design, well-sized rooms, high quality shampoos.

You have to pay a minimum fee to use sunbeds by the pool, service was okay, slow at times, food was mediocre.

The hotel's location is unparalleled, situated directly on the beach. Guests can enjoy four distinct pools, each offering its own unique ambiance to suit your mood. The breakfast buffet is truly exceptional

The sea-view rooms on the first floor do not seem to justify their price point.

It would benefit from having more experienced staff to maintain the property and take care of small repairs around the place and in the rooms, as well as ensuring high standards

Beautiful design with a nice overlook of the bay. Beautiful facilities with great food, comfortable bed.

They’ll charge you an arm and a leg for everything. If there’s no more available “free” outdoor pool beds or chairs they’ll make you spend 140 euros to get the comfortable pool beds.

Beautiful views from the restaurant terrace. Professional staff. Nice modern looking rooms (although a bit tight with little storage). Pet friendly. Cala llonga is a pretty little beach town with a nice beach.

At times waits for elevators made me take the stairs (maybe that’s good?)…

Rooms are small, the ac in the first room didn’t work. Staff took over 2 hours to change our rooms. Not a 4 star hotel at all.

It is very nice hotel for the family resorts as no need to go outside of the Cala Llonga because ot has an amazing beach right near the hotel.Definitely need to take rent a car as the hotel is located far from the city centers . There are a lot of restaurants near by, especially Georgian’s bar, Indians cousin and Italian restaurant with an amazing food ( forgot the names of restaurants ).

Cleaning is on the lowest level. Considering that we stayed just 2 days , we were not so instantly requested the cleaning . But our friend stayed for 6 nights and were very disappointed of the cleaning . Need to ask several times for the cleaning service

Love the location, property and the room was nice. Can’t be the view and walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores.

Maintenance issues in the room, such as sinks wouldn’t drain and we had to wait for them to fix the hot water

I wanted to share one piece of honest feedback that stood out during our visit: the massages.I had booked the Lower Body Massage for Runners, expecting a focused and deep release treatment tailored for athletes. Unfortunately, it felt far too soft and lacked the depth or attention I was hoping for — it didn’t cover my full legs or provide the type of recovery I genuinely needed. The therapist was kind and lovely, but had I known what the treatment entailed, I would have chosen differently.Similarly, my friend booked a Head and Neck Massage, and the neck portion was not even included — which was especially disappointing, as she had been really looking forward to it.

The room is pretty small and the hotel is far away from Ibiza town, if you plan to go often. Also, breakfst seems to have a huge choice, but in the end, just a few things were tasty...

Very clean and modern building with nice pool area and very nice staff in the restaurant.

They forged my signature on a receipt for lunch in the bar (I wasn’t even in the hotel at the time) trying to scam me out of money and then denied any wrongdoing when I confronted them about it. No explanation was offered at the time, until I formally wrote a complaint by email later on. I also asked if my phone charger could be returned to me but I was told it was no longer in the room, so the cleaning staff had stolen it. I would think twice about staying here.

Rooms and open spaces were not clean at all . Same at the pool. Very expensive breakfast

TV didn't work. Even after asking 5-6x they didn't even bother to help..

The best part of the hotel is the amazing view where you have breakfast. The room was nice, nothing special—just a typical hotel room. I would have expected it to be a bit cleaner, but it wasn’t dirty either. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the best thing was the chia pudding. Also, being next to the beach makes it relaxing and peaceful. If you don't want to eat or drink at the hotel because it's expensive, there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. If you're traveling late, you can leave your luggage and use the hotel's facilities for the rest of the day. For the more adventurous, there's a trail on the mountain that you can hike in regular trainers, offering breathtaking views.

The hotel's restaurants and pool bar were extremely expensive, so it’s better to choose another place to eat. Also, they charge a deposit of 100 euros, which you can use at the hotel, and it gets refunded if not spent. However, this wasn't mentioned anywhere beforehand. I would have liked more explanation about the facilities, like where the restaurants were and their opening/closing hours, but I assume this was due to visiting during the closing season. I also expected a cleaner room, though it was okay overall, at least the towels and bed were clean.

Stayed here in March and it was excellent, hence we booked again in October. standards had dropped significantly in that time. Breakfast much less on offer than previously. Coffee not as good. No nice toiletries in rooms like previous. No minibar like previous. Service aroud the pool slow. Check in was not very friendly and despite emailing ahead our requests were not met and no 'welcome back' at all.

Good location or far from Ibiza Town and right on the beach. Lobby area is cool and quality of food and drink really good too

Mini bar wasn’t stocked. Room was small although very comfortable. Hotel pool area has been “done up” but the exterior of the hotel could do with an uplift - windows, furniture, pool tiles etc. it’s clear it’s an old property which has been taken over. Would be nice to have fresh coffee rather than a machine at breakfast
