Amazing hotel with amazing view on the coast, it looked like nowhere else in the world. Room, bar, facilities and staff very welcoming and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

It was great but getting a place near the pool was almost impossible.

The location was fabulous, staff are all very helpful and friendly, the food was excellent, the choice was really good and impressive, the rooms are spacious and bathrooms fabulous.

The bed was the worst I have ever slept on, it was horrendous we had to single beds pushed together it was awful, the kept moving apart, the mattress on each bed were different one memory foam which was terrible i found this so bad the other was a spring mattress and was somewhat better, very disappointed for a four star hotel and actually the bed situation would put me off returning.

+ the sea view in the rooms on the back of the hotel are exceptionally amazing+ the buffet at breakfast & dinner is very large with many options+ location is good to explore the island

- there was a nasty smell in the room coming from the bath room, this was mentioned to the reception but nothing was really undertaken (the smell remained)- the rooms need updating, especially the bath room- there was a problem with the safe and when the technician came, he just opened the door with his key after knocking once… luckily I was not undressed, very inappropriate for him not to wait- the parking is very limited in spaces, so you might need to drive down the hill and come up walking

Absolutely everything! We had such a wonderful time. Especially loved having daily tennis available.

Would have been nice if the poolside hot tub was hot! Also would be great if the tennis court was updated.

I like that the staff were friendly, always said hello especially in the dining area. Great selection of food. Wonderful views.

No lid on hot tub kept getting full of flies so couldn’t use. Got stuck in the lift for an hour and the lady on the other side could understand us so we had to bang on the doors for attention of another tourist.

Poor choice of meals for dinner. Old coffee machine with poor quality coffee. No good choice of teas. Parkinglot is very small and limited.

We liked the view from the hotel and the personal - all of them were very kind and smiley. Breakfast and diner were tasty and with enough variety. Wine is not included in the buffet, but the price for the glass is fine. You can go for a really nice hiking from the hotel up to the hill. Overall the hotel was a good value for money at this time in Ibiza at the beginning of April.

Rooms and corridors really need renovation. Doors, carpets are very old and do not give a good impression. Also I highly recommend to clean windows in the dining area, they are extremely dirty and makes the whole view to seaside unpleasant. Sometimes there was lack of signs with names of dishes for dinner. The elevator was not working in the first day - the staff explained that this was the first working day of the hotel - still I think that you have 6 month to be prepared for the season opening. And last thing that I wrote several times that my husband has a birthday and the personal missed it. Still they left us a present afterwards in the room, but I am expecting in 4 star hotel to be more attentive.

It was a decent stay in a nice cove. Staying half-board, the breakfasts were better than the evening meals in my opinion. Staff were attentive and the rooms clean. Not sure i'd rush back here. It's definitely not suitable for anyone with limited mobility if you wanted to get to and from the 'town' easily as it's up a fairly steep hill

Food didnt blow me away on the evenings. Plenty of choices though, I just didn't think it was particularly impressive.

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful especially Irene behind the late bar, Nothing was to much trouble for her.

The hill walk up to the hotel but in fairness thats what you pay for the amazing views

Hotel was great as we stayed in a room with a terrace and hot tub and a beautiful view. 4 days of mostly sunshine but windy.

Thank you to all the staff from palladium. Joanna at the restaurant, Nacho at the pool activities and xavi at the bar made our holiday extra special.

We loved everything

Lovely hotel, clean, comfy beds and good sizes room. The deck chairs along the sea were amazing to lounge on. The breakfast was great, lots of options and all very tasty / well cooked. The dinner buffet was extensive but less tasty but this may have been down to personal preference. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I like the view, The staff was very helpful and I would to give a big thanks for the bell boy: Alejandro Naharro for his great and quality service he gave to us. We will never forgot this hotel because we had a lot of memories there and we will stay there again next year.

That the half board just BF and Dinner … it is better to keep it optional to choose between lunch and dinner.

Location

We hoped that yoga was still available as it was advertised that they held classes. Sadly the season had finished a week prior to our arrival.

Hotel's location was amazing, 4-5 mins walk to the beach, Cala Llonga, which is a lovely beach. From Ibiza Airport, you can take a taxi to hotel, costs around €33. Hotel has a pool and several sunbeds that you can enjoy the sun. Food was very delicious, they had several selections for breakfast/lunch and dinner. Fruits and vegetables were really fresh. Staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed 5 nights we stayed in.

Rooms were a bit aged, furniture and look&feel was like from 1990s. They cleaned the room everyday however sometimes there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Some glasses and cutlery had food stains, either they should change their dishwasher or train the staff better to check all items before they put on the table. There could have been a dock from hotel to the sea - we have used the rocky part once but it was very slippery because of the moss.

The different areas of sun beds, some overlooking the sea and those around the pool was good.The food on a half board basis was fantastic. Lots of choice, fresh and tasty.The sea view room is worth paying the extra for. The balcony was a good size.

The communal bar area was dated and some areas around the pool could do with some tlc. This didn’t affect the enjoyment of my stay. Old fashioned entertainment in the evening but you may like this.

Showers need updating..Steps into sea too slippery to use, a little thought on some hand rails/ ropes attached to the rocks would make this so much more accessible for guests and a great swim

The facilities were great the staff were very friendly and the food was very good lots of choice really enjoyed our stay.
