Hotel Vibra Beverly Playa

We liked the hotel. Good place for family vacation. The beach is in 1 minute from hotel. The food was good. We found food for 1 year baby and for vegetarian. The beach and sea are perfect for kids because the water was warm and not deep.

There are no shampoo in hotel, only shower gel. You need to give 10 euro for towel like a deposit, after check out they give you back this money. And 2 euro for "coin for all inclusive".There was fruits in general but it will be better to have more cut fruits, not only watermelon and melon. Sometimes you have to wait a long time for the elevator. I don't know what happens with the wait during peak season. If you live on the 6th-9th floor, it's very high to walk up, and you can wait 10 minutes for elevator.

Great location and great staff on the restaurant. The room is beautiful and fresh.

Too expensive for what you get. You need to pay extra to use some of the sun beds in the pool area. That’s weird. Also very little accessibility for stroller or wheelchair. The indoor pool has very restrictive times and the queues to get towels is the same as checkin.. it becomes too crowded and stressful. The first night the cleaners didn’t even make our beds in the room. Then we complained and they started making it. Also they charged more fore sea view rooms but there was a weird roof outside of our balcony that covered half the sea views

Hotel is very clean nice and modern. It’s in a perfect location right on the beach and walking distance to nice bars, restaurants, shops. A nice local vibe without being overly busy.Food in the hotel was really good, a gear selection at every meal time with lots of flavour (not your bog standard all inc bland food)Good selection of drinks. Beer was estrella so a good brand. Some cocktails included on the all inc. but hotel also offers a gold all inc which means you get premium cocktails and branded spirits etc for just €10 a day, which is well worth it. We had a see view room and again was worth the extra, the view and the sunsets where amazing Also, told the hotel prior to our arrival it was our anniversary and they decorated the bed with rose petals and balloons and left us a bottle of bubbles on ice.

The beds were really uncomfortable, pillows hard and just were not in keeping with the modern room. New beds would complete the nice modern vibe the hotel is going for

The staff was super friendly and helpful! They tried to make possible whatever they could.The hotel is very close to the beach and very nice restaurants.

The hotel is very old (apparently one of the oldest there), with the slowest 4 elevators I have ever seen.The breakfast was disappointing and the coffee at breakfast the worse I have ever drunken.It is NOT a family hotel, the kids-club does NOT exist anymore, in that room there is kind of a rehab facility. And at least in autumn the hotel is flooded with retired ppl, hardly any kids at all. Cannot recommend for family vacation!

Most staff members were friendly.

Total disaster. No trays, backwards and forwards all the time. No cutlery, cups, places etc. always spending time searching. Cooked breakfast dry, tough and cold.

The food was passable, more quantity than quality.

Except for a few exceptions the staff was unpleasant, unsmiling, and unhelpful. It influenced the whole general atmosphere and made it an unpleasant stay!

It was pleasant to be able to sit outside and not be deafened by the noise in the dining room.

The breakfast was variable. Often there was no cutlery / crockery available. Hot water for tea/coffee was not always available. Food was often cold. Staff were disappointing in their behaviour and approach as too often they behaved like 'food police' and were unfriendly when approached about simple issues. Not helpful.

I booked the hotel 2 days before arrival and paid a lot with breakfast, when I arrived I thought we would like dinner as well, when I started looking for the price it turned out that the same hotel with everything included was even cheaper than what we paid. I asked them to add dinner for the same price, but the hotel staff didn't even start talking. hotel communication by e-mail the post office is also bad. I felt cheated

Room Service was friendly

Stable problems with light and water. Elevators are almost not suitable for wheelchair guests. Reception stuff is not friendly and doesn’t care about you as a guest. Quality of food for breakfast and dinner is piss poor, cheapest and lowest quality meals that we ever had (and its a shame, case 20 meters from Hotel are restaurant that are really good on that front). Sauna is only available is you request it at front dest and it was “defect” in the last days of our stay. Everything around is cash grab: towels for the beach - deposit 10€, iron and iron board - deposit 20€, want to lay on a beach chair by the see - pay up etc.Reception didn't want to take 500€ notes for payment, even though the stay was well above this sum (near restaurants had no problems with it). Hotel overall pretty noisy, for all the dinning room. WiFi is just poor. Not stable, needs your personal data, weak as heck.

This was my 2nd time there, they have renovated few rooms, but good rooms with balcony, air con was strong enough. It was clean and tidy, staff were polite and friendly and good food options, step out and you have access to beach.Oh they upgraded elevators as well, i guess.

on first night since we didnt knew when the dinner ends, luckily we took some food but wanted to have some more and staff without asking took away all the food from buffet. Bit improvement around hospitality apart from that all great. Also desert gets over fast and no replacements come inWe were only Indians there so got a bit of stares :D

The hotel was absolutely amazing, with the sea view from our room was stunning. So many supermarkets and fabulous restaurants nearby.

Disappointing

Worst bed and pillows I’ve ever slept on. Had a view of the parking lot. Was clean tough.
