During our two week stay one of the hotel maintenance staff was constantly power washing carpets as the hotel was due to close for the season the next week. It was impossible to have a quiet relaxing time by the excellent pools with the incessant drone of the motor. Why it couldn’t have been done the next week when closed is beyond me. It really spoilt our holiday.

Excellent Location with lovely sea views. Spacious well furnished rooms.Very helpful staff.

Split level site meant change of lifts and lots of stairs.No dedicated car park.

Probably much bigger than I would have liked as in the multiple blocks and levels but hey, that’s just being fussy!

Beautifully located, with 2 pools and plenty of sunbeds, on a more quiet area of the island, ideal for couples. Nice walk to Portinatx Beach and restaurants. Good breakfast.

- I was “upgraded” to a Junior Suite at 1st/ground floor. It might be a larger room, but it lacked the external shower and a view, so it actually felt like a downgrade in reality… - Parking is in a dirt field with a lot of trees and inclination. Some drivers park blocking the exit, so need to use the entrance. It can be hard to manoeuvre a larger vehicle, I saw at 2 cars being damaged in different episodes.

The pool area was lovely. Dinning room was clean and bright . Lovely outside bar area it was in a good location within the resort the rooms were lovely The staff are so friendly . Micheal was great very helpful full

My view from the room . It was a wall . The wall needs to be removed and redesigned No fridge in the room . The bedrooms need more cupboard space . I was on my own so fine for one person .

Fabulous boutique hotel.Rooms and facilities are perfect, good quality and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, pool bar food exceptional! The team are all wonderful with a special shout out to Michael who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing to fault here.

The property itself was beautiful. Staff were super amazing. So many beaches close by. Trek to the lighthouse from the hotel. Restaurants opposite the hotels were amazing too.

It was perfect. No complains

Couldn’t fault a thing. From check in to check out everything was so good. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, the pool bar had a nice selection of food & drink too. We had a junior suite that was excellent, a gorgeous view and with perfect facilities. We loved the hotel cat too !

The hotel was small and personable and it was really nice to have some total down time. The location and views were lovely. Food was pretty good and the staff overall were friendly and helpful. It's a short walk into Portinatx ... we enjoyed doing that one evening. The sunsets on the beach were incredible. Loved the chef in the evening who would take great pride in letting people know what he'd cooked. The lady in the bar making cocktails in the evening did a really good job of making delicious drinks.

We had a couple of grumpy staff in the restaurant in the evening, which didn't spoil the meal but was a bit of a shame.

Staff were brilliant, made a birthday stay memorable and the area is beautiful. If I come back to Ibiza, I’ll certainly be returning here.

Everywhere smelt of foul drains, especially shower room and swimming pool area! Beach directly next to the hotel was ok but not to expectations, wasn't very clean, water was not crystal clearLocation was too far out, taxis were expensive

Fantastic room and outdoor space, food at poolside bar was exceptional. Breakfast was really good and staff were very helpful. Nearest beach was ok but the two in resort itself are fantastic

Ive stayed here a few times and love this hotel - stylish, clean, excellent breakfasts, perfect location. I go here to treat myself to a bit of luxury.

On arrival at check in the reception guy was so rude and unhelpful and kept us waiting at check in for 40 mins because he couldn't find our reservation on the system.We arrived late / around midnight and had notified hotel in advance of our check in time.We had received confirmation of our booking ahead of time and followed hotel instructions to check in online in advance to speed up check in process.On arrival the man at check in couldnt find our booking and just stated that we had no reservation. We showed him our confirmation email and booking document and he was still adamant that we had no booking because it wasnt on his system.We asked if he had rooms anyway and he said yes - then proceeded to take a call while we stood there waiting.He was rude and unhelpful. I explained we had checked in online in advance as requested by the hotel and that perhaps we weren't on system as already checked in and that there might be a key already waiting for us. He didn't look initially, didn't apologise, didnt make us feel at ease or that he was going to sort out the issue for us and get us checked in, just left us standing there for 40 mins.. eventually he looked under the desk and said "Oh Here's your key" (as it was as suggested already prepped and waiting for us) still no apology. Just said your reservation number has been input incorrectly on the system. (Still no apology)We also had two bookings as had booked an extension at a later date and had confirmed in advance that we could have the same room and check in just once for the full stay.We had explained this and showed the guy comms from reservations confirming it, but he refused to check us in for the 2nd part of our trip and sure enough on the original check out date we were locked out of our room and had to go to reception to check in again.Its an expensive hotel and a certain level of customer service is expected. Not least that guests are made to feel welcome on arrival.

Check in was a very slow process

Great beach location , fabulous breakfast, helpful staff- they upgraded our room as it was a special anniversary- thank you! 2 very nice relaxing pool areas, one without music which we liked. Plenty of sun beds and parasols. Sam and Dave were brilliant entertainment- had a great night. The room was lovely- clean, bright and with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is right next to a lovely beach.

No vegetarian main course at the buffet dinner on the night we stayed. I did ask but was pointed to the side dishes of veg. There is no hotel car park - which is clear in the description to be fair. there is an area of land next to it however with free public parking and we were able to park- but it is on rough ground- slippy and dusty so don’t wear your best shoes! Expensive but that’s Ibiza in August! Entertainment each night would be good.

Better than the pictures, spacious rooms with all having balcony with shower, and lounge area. Beautiful surroundings with local swimming spots to explore, and breakfast buffet had all the options

Nothing - car parking is in a dirt area but it's right next door so could always get a park and easy access

The upgraded room (hot tub on the balcony!) was gorgeous -spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast, and great staff

Location, staff, room, amazing food

We absolutely loved our room 605 which offered amazing sunset views over looking the sea. The hotel towels, including the beach towels provided were exceptionally thick, soft and luxurious. The food was delicious and there was a great variety of dishes.
