Very comfortable beds. Location was very close to a wonderful beach.

Steps. Lots of them everywhere. View of road & derelict hotel from balcony. No where to go after evening entertainment finishes. We were asked to return to our rooms at 11:30. Food was poor for vegetarians.

I liked the food and the activities that the hotel had after dinner.

On the first 3 nights of my stay, the place where you put the key card was making a really loud noise.I wasn’t able to sleep at all with the key in there…I asked to the staff on the entry to fix it but I had to go there many times afterwards to say that it wasn’t…That really bother me a lot…

The bathroom smelled terribly

The property is quite new, very clean and situated by a lovely secluded beach.The hotel has very poor entertainment, and they close the bar and switch the lights off on guests at 11pm, we never knew this when booking.With that i sadly would not stay at this property again, which is a shame because it’s a nice hotelWhen we checked in we were stood waiting for 30 mins which was not acceptable.We had to go to the beach each day as the pool was so crowded, it’s not very big around the pool.Sun beds on the beach cost 24 euros for 2 beds daily.Little things let this property down, the main one closing everything at 11pm, it spoilt our holiday

Not really any entertainment, switching lights off on guests and closing the bar at 11pm.If our have arrived late you can not get any food, The pool area is very busy and hard to find a sun bed, don’t expect to find a quiet spot around the pool.All of the sun beds are so close togetherWaiting 30 mins to check in

Tasty and high-quality food.Very helpful and friendly staff.Fantastic location with a calm beach right in front of the hotel, not crowded.Great entertainment throughout the stay.

Initially, we were given room 006 in the basement with a view of a garden and a bad smell (unsuitable for guests). After complaining, we were given another room, which was up to standard.Poor internet connection.For those who want to sleep in, there are no shutters and the curtains let in the morning sun.You can hear everything from the adjacent rooms, resulting in little privacy.

The gluten free options were great there was lots of choice food wise

All the outside furniture was hard plastic- no cushions. Not really 4 star sitting on hard plastic all week. The evening entertainment was more like Butlins than Ibiza :(

Food was pretty good, drincs was tasty. No childrens at the facility were huge advance.

The room for 3 people were really small - it was basicly the room for 2 but with 1 separate bad. Also one specific barmen has a really bad attitude, it was a little bit uncomfortable.

Everything it’s absolutely amazing that staff are incredible the rooms cleaned every day The food is delicious and varied Danny and Ana are amazing entertainment and the shows each night were goodAll staff sooo friendly and cannot do enough for you I will be back for sure The beach cove is something else no photo does it justice Fantastic time thanks

Food wasn’t great. I had a few issues with my room too like water smelling and the lack of pressure for a shower

Terrible breakfast , not well prepared and mostly an English breakfast instead of good variety of ibéricos Need of use of a wristband like a resort, when it’s clearly not

The location of the hotel and its proximity to the beach were just what we had asked for. An excellent, quiet spot enjoying prestine clear waters.

The staff were great, food exceeded expectations (better than any other Spanish food) and it’s the perfect location to have a getaway

The bathroom wasn’t equipped with neither shampoo nor conditioner which was a must with all the salt water. The hotel is a little bit far from the night life which isn’t a deal breaker but something to think about

Love Portinatx and exploring the area on the top of the island. Thorough room clean and inclusive is good to have. Staff are great most of the time away from the reception team. 

This was our second time and I cannot say it was as good as our first. Room got cleaned after non disturb sign was on the door, one of our towels got moved off one of the bed during lunch, front desk staff were rude during check out and found out that a few of the guests had paid considerably less for the day amount of time duration. Lost that management connection from last year, also.

Located quite close to the beach, in a relaxed area, good for families, good variety of restaurants around.Good breakfast.

Area around the pool is small.Air-conditioning only worked in max setting which meant we couldn't use it during the night. We were not offered another room, only alternative given was to work with it as it was.

Great place, you will find everything what you need. Beach close by, swimming pool with jacuzzi, nice food. The staff was brilliant especially showman Danny and Alberto the cook! Special thanks to them! Highly recommend! A+

The aircon in the room wasn't to full power.

I think this hotel is great, it’s such a fantastic location and all the staff are very friendly. It was my second visit and I don’t usually return to places as I like somewhere new but I knew I liked this place to relax and will definitely come back again

The bar and restaurant staff were lovely.

The horrendous smell of drains in every bathroom and around the entire building. Reception staff were incredibly rude and didn’t care at all about anything and were very unhelpful. Superior Double room booked and wasn’t worth the money. View was of the road and ‘toiletries’ were a dirty push bottle of cheap body wash - no shampoo or conditioner. Room smelt of drains. Lack of sun beds as most were reserved before people went off for the day.
